I tend to stick to one fandom and then move on, so you can say that I'm sort of a serial monogamist. I've written for Fruits Basket, Supernatural, X-men, Harry Potter, LOTR (Which is not here anymore due to someone swiping my story. Niiiice) and RPS (Which you can't really put here) and am now going to venture into The Mighty Boosh (Just for the record, NO, I AM NOT A VINCE FANGIRL) because I adore the world and the dynamic between Howard and Vince...and I really like Howard. I wonder what that says about me...Huh. Anyways, that's the fanfiction CV...real life CV is as follows in the point form format. Simply because I can! HAH! -30 something professional, currently taking a break to re-evaluate life and prepare to go back to school to work on an MA in English. -Is finally in a big city, because I was in the middle of fucken nowhere before. -Really should stop being up so late, but insomnia has become my constant companion lately. -Can't wait for the hockey season to start, because I love Hockey and I love the Edmonton Oilers, Buffalo Sabres, The Pittsburgh Penguins and the Washington Capitals. -I also love collecting McFarlane NHL pics. I'm saving up to get a Jose Theodore, cause he's...notorious. Heh. -I love reading historical romances and novels and also history books. I'm still working on "Champlain's Dream" while I blitzed through "My Booky Wook"...go figure. -I love the surrealism and the cerebral comedy of Julian Barratt, Noel Fielding and Russell Brand. Out of the three, I know that I would love to meet and talk to Russell Brand and Julian Barrat. Fine, I'd also shag them in a heartbeat. I admit it. -I'm picky about my music, but I've been discovering that if I keep an open mind, I can discover little gems like Atmosphere, Flobots and K'naan. -I draw what I would like to see (Thx Manics for that great line) and write what I'm feeling, what I see and what I know, which is a good way to do it. -Live life as well as you can, but also live it for yourself and know what your limits are before you burn out and cannot give anything to anyone. -One day at a time is all you can handle in life sometimes. -Did I mention Ryan Miller, Dwayne Roloson, Evgeni Nabokov, Simeon Varlanov, Christobal Huet, Nikolai Khabibulin and Carey Price are my fav goalies ever?
