Author has written 6 stories for Naruto.

Updated 1/24/12- Okay, I know that I haven't gotten the new chapter up, and this sounds exactly like 2 years ago, but at least this time I haven't completely dropped off the map! I AM working on the chapter, but I have also been busy with work and school. Sorry everyone, but the new chapter WILL be done... eventually!! (Currently it's sitting at about 3/4s the way done excluding the editing process)

Updated 1/9/12- Crimson Christmas chapter 5 is in the works, I will really try hard to get it up by this weekend. I know we're getting a little further away from the Christmas season, but I'd really like to get this chapter up, and if you want to save it for next Christmas, that's totally fine! After Crimson Christmas 5, I will try to work on a few other projects in my free time, but it will be slow going. Hope you all had a terrific Christmas and Happy New Year!

Updated 12/17/11- Okay, so my beta reader got back to me and Crimson Christmas chapter 4 is now up! I realize that most people won't see this, but oh well. Maybe you will after you read the new chapter! And hey, I spent some time last night updating Burdensome! I like to go reread my own fics, but I find a lot of things that just don't flow quite right, and I fixed some of it up. Go read it if you haven't before, or even if you have!

Updated 12/16/11- Hey everyone! I have risen from the dead! No, not really, there's only one guy who ever did that, and we're getting ready to celebrate His birthday soon! Well, getting ready to celebrate His birth on an arbitrary day. Talking about Jesus, btw, for anyone who is confused, haha. With that in mind, Crimson Christmas chapter 4 has been completed! My beta reader will get it today/tonight and it will be up by tomorrow afternoon. I really hope to get another chapter up, but no promises! I know that I said I'd have like two more chapters up two years ago, and then I gave up on this one last year at some point. Really sorry to all my avid readers, I continued getting comments and that was really cool! So I hope to put out more in the next couple weeks, but there will definitely be a chapter up either tonight or tomorrow! Thanks to anyone who actually sees this before I post the new chapter, that means you are SUPER dedicated!

Updated 2/8/10- School has been absolutely disgusting lately, I'm really sorry that I still haven't gotten that chapter up. On the bright side, I did do some minor tweaking to my first completed fic, Sakura Likes it Hot. It was fun to go through that story from so long ago and make a few changes. I am working on Crimson Christmas when I have time, but it's going to be a little bit longer before it's up... again, I apologize for the unrealistic estimates for the new chapter's arrival.

Updated 1/11/10- Hey, I'm back here at school now, a little busier than I expected. I'm still working on Crimson Christmas chapter 4 in the small amount of time I have, and I will probably be updating the story soon-ish despite the fact that the holidays are long since over, haha. Sorry it's so late, just didn't get it done before school and then found myself swamped. Hope you all had a great holiday season and happy new year!

Hey, my name is William, I'm an engineering student at The Ohio State University. When I'm not doing schoolwork (which is a lot more often, nowadays), I spend my time playing video games, watching anime, reading manga or other works of fiction, and, you guessed it, writing Fanfiction (though this happens a lot less, nowadays)!

So, I guess you've worked out by now that I do Naruto fanfics, since you probably read one of my stories before bothering to check out my profile, but let me give you the run-down on what kinds of manga/anime I have it out for. Naruto was my first real anime fandom, where I actually followed it from start to... well, wherever it is now, and learned just about everything there was to know about it. I'm also a fan of Bleach, Soul Eater, Fullmetal Alchemist, Code Geass, Death Note, Tsubasa: Resevoir Chronicles, Samurai Champloo, FLCL, Fate/Stay Night, as well as some things that aren't of Japanese origin, such as Star Wars (an engineering student, can you really expect anything less?).

My favorite fiction series of all time is one called The Night Angel Trilogy, comprised of The Way of Shadows, Shadow's Edge, and Beyond the Shadows. It's a book series about assassins, with a little bit of magic involved and some seriously epic characters. There are so many characters that you get to know, and all of them are so deep, and there's such a detailed backstory that I wish had its own book! I am absolutely in love with the idea of stealth and subterfuge, yet so terrible at writing it myself, ha. I hope that Brent Weeks' writing style becomes apparent in my work over time, because I was just amazed with that series. I've read it many times over, and I'm sure I'll be reading it again.

A close second is the Darth Bane series, written by Drew Karpyshyn. It takes place in the Star Wars universe thousands of years before the movies in the Old Republic. In fact, if you played the Knights of the Old Republic video game, Drew Karpyshyn was the executive writer on that project, so you already know how good he is! The first book follows Bane as he makes his way from a disgruntled miner in debt over his head to an elite soldier, to a Sith Lord. After that, it's all about Bane's path to restore the Sith to their former glory, to put power back into the hands of a select few, and to use fear and cunning as the ultimate weapons of the Dark Side.

Okay, so onto what I do around here. As you saw, I do try to keep readers updated with the status of my work and date it so everyone knows when exactly I was working on what. But here's what I've got to offer: Naruto fics. I really do hope to branch out from there, maybe to an IshiHime from Bleach, I don't know. I actually spent a LOT of time at one point on a Lelouch x Kallen (I started calling it LuKal, but I don't think that caught on at all, ha) from Code Geass and it just never ended up feeling right so I scrapped it. But I do hope to one day write about something other than Naruto. It's just what I know best, I suppose, haha. As a side note, my current avatar is my own work as well (the coloring, not the lineart- that belongs to Kishimoto). I'm no great artist by any means, but if you want to see some great SasuSaku fanart, I have a deviantART account by the same name as this one and my favorites on that site are almost entirely amazing SasuSaku artwork.

Pairing fanfictions- This is my guilty pleasure, where I shamelessly ship the pairings that I love; from SasuSaku (my favorite), to NejiTen, to NaruHina. My fics will probably always contain hints to these pairings if the characters are involved, and perhaps even more (ShikaTema, etc). Pairing fanfictions, such as NejiTen: Burdensome, usually follow the same blueprint- a two-chapter story where the first chapter sets up some tension and backstory and the second chapter resolves the situation. Burdensome, I feel, really captures the mood of Team Gai, with some super-exaggerated youthful expressions by Lee and Gai, and some exasperation from Neji and Tenten. I am actually very proud of my NejiTen fanfiction, and that's probably the most favorited and most reviewed fanfiction I have at the moment, even moreso than my nearly-a-dozen-chapter-long story. I plan on doing more of these as I continue with The Eyes... because they provide a nice break and some instant gratification for myself, haha.

Pairing fanfictions that are kind of different from "Pairing fanfictions"- Yeah, this header probably doesn't make much since at all, but I want to talk about a couple specific fanfictions. First of all, the SasuSaku Christmas story. My grand plan is to write up 5 chapters, one for each era of Sasuke's life, and have them all Christmas-themed. First when he's a happy child at 7 yrs, then a brooding pre-teen who has lost everything at 12 yrs, then the solitude of spending Christmas in the darkness of Orochimaru's lair at ~15-16 yrs, then the joy of being home once again when the bad guys are down for the count and Sasuke is home with his friends about about 18 yrs, and finally a calm Christmas with his wife (zomg guess who? haha) at ~20 yrs. I may do another chapter after that with kids but... I really don't like kids. .
Then there's Crimson Evanescence. I suppose as fair warning (and the fact that it's already marked in that category), I will tell you that this is a sad story. But I promise you, I worked possibly harder on this story than any other story, and I really hope you give it a shot! It's not that I enjoy suffering- as you can see I've already written many happy fanfictions- but I just really wanted to try this category out, and to write a story with very vivid detail. I think I achieved that in Crimson Evanescence. I know that many people don't want to read sad stories, but I assure you, it has gotten nothing but positive reviews, most of them along the lines of "No! How dare you do that to me? I want to be mad at you but I can't because I loved it so much!" Haha, those kinds of reviews really brighten my day, and I thank you all so much for reading my work (and for reading this profile, as I see it has become quite long...), and especially for encouraging me with reviews. I'm quite sure that I wouldn't be writing without all the support I've received from people here at Fanfiction.net!

If you have read my work and would like me to help you by reading/editing your own, I may be convinced to help. As I said some months ago, I have completed a Beta-reader profile, but I just haven't had the time to beta-read anything, so I haven't set it to accept any fics. If, for whatever reason, you would really like me to beta-read, I could probably be persuaded to do a short fic or even a chapter by itself through a private message and email follow-up. However, if I got multiple requests, I would have to decline due to time limitations.

Or, if you have a new story and for some reason it hasn't been getting many hits, or is generally lost in the flow of stories here at fanfiction.net, you can always mention to me in a review or through private message that you would really enjoy it if I read a particular story, and I'll do my best to get on it!

Thank you all for visiting my page, and I hope to hear from you soon!

Anything I post here on this page or any work of fanfiction that is published under this username is all owned by myself, and should not be used anywhere but fanfiction.net without permission and proper credit.
