My name is Rachel. I'm 19. I love to read and write. I'm new at this and I don't know if I'll ever put up a story, but I will definitely continue to read and review others. I have a big family, so I hang out with them a lot. I have four nieces, two nephews, and two great nieces. I have three sisters and one brother. I'm the youngest of five. I wouldn't change it for anything. I'm a sucker for happy endings. I like a lot of movies, so I can't narrow it down to a favorite. I have an eclectic choice in music. From Tim McGraw and Taylor Swift, to The Beatles and The Shirelles, to Eminem and JT, to movie soundtracks and Disney, etc. I hope you get the picture. I don't focus on one genre, group, or individual. I even have some really weird stuff that some people have never heard in their lives. I watch six t.v. shows a week depending if they're on or not. They are: NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, Criminal Minds, CSI: NY, Bones and Supernatural. I have two cats named Spanky(he's orange & white) and Gilly(a tabby). Gilly is just like having a toddler. He is in everything and drives my mother up the wall! We think he was a monkey in a past life. Spanky is a fat cat and just lays around all day. When I earn enough money and can convince my dad, I'm going to get a Saint Bernard. They are my favorite dog breed and the best kind of dog a family oriented person could get. They may be big, but that's one thing I love about them. The most important lesson I have been taught so far in my life, was not by some teacher in school, but by my mother who I think is very wise. She taught me to live life and to love unconditionally. My mother is sixty years old, but looks nothing like it and in my eyes very brave(she gave birth four times without pain medication!). If I could be anybody it would be her. I think I got the best years of my mom. Even though she is older then when my siblings were my age, I got to and still am spending more time with her then anyone. If I have a problem I go to her for advice and help. I can ask her anything and talk about anything without the embarrassment and awkwardness some people have. She has seen and done a lot in her sixty years. She was born in the very early baby boomer years. She lived in a farm and did everything that you imagine doing on a farm. She believes she will be over one hundred years old before she leaves this earth and I can only hope she is right because I would like to have her around when I get married and have a family of my own. I know I will need her help and advice. She is a daughter, sister, friend, wife, mother, grandma, and great-grandma. She is my hero. Sorry if I got a little sappy and sentimental at the end. :) Right now my favorite pairing to read is Chlollie! I don't really like Chlark as a pairing, they don't fit right. These are some other pairings I like to read: Gilmore Girls: Trory, Rogan, and PDLD Dark Angel: Max/Alec Supernatural: Dean/OFC The Covenant: Caleb/OFC and Reid/OFC Gossip Girl: Chuck/Serena I'm a Twilight fan and of course love Edward and Bella. I'm not against non-canon couples either. I like older Carlisle and younger Bella pairing, but there isn't a lot of that. I discovered twilighted and love it there so check it out. Here's the link: http://twilighted.net/index.php I was a Harry Potter fan before Twilight and will always be. Crossovers are fun too. | |||||||||
