Hi folks!

Sometimes I feel like I've got too much to say and not enough time to say it, so I'll spare you the ordeal and let you decide what it is you'd like to know about me. This profile should give you a little taster of my work here on FF.net as well as a little bit about myself, but if you've got any questions or suggestions for me then feel free to go right ahead and send me a message!

I don't bite, I promise :)

L i k e s :

Reading. Terry Pratchett, Philip Pullman, Ursula Le Guin, Paul Stewart, Mary Hoffman, J.R.R Tolkien and Cliff McNish, among others - and writing. Besides my current fanfiction, Tales of Trinity, I am writing two other original stories of my own.

Gaming. The Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles franchise, Kingdom Hearts I & II, the Harvest Moon series, Professor Layton & the Mysterious Village and The World Ends With You. I co-own a Wii with my younger brother, who loves Wi-Fi play. If you fancy a challenge, play him! He's pretty good. Let me know and I'll send you our Wii Friend Code numbers for MarioKart, Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Pokemon Battle Revolution and so on.

Chocolate. Who doesn't? I love most unhealthy food, to be honest.

My job! I work part time because I'm at college doing four A levels :S

Staying in bed. When this is not possible, I play badminton, swim, salsa the night away, act very immaturely and draw. At the moment I'm in the process of creating a DeviantART account, probably named along the lines of TheTrinityTree or somesuch. Watch this space, as this new account is going to contain pictures of my existing fanfiction characters as well as characters from my two original stories.

If a link appears for my art account, take five minutes to go have look! You might find it interesting, and if you do - check out the bottom section of my profile

(A n y t h i n g E l s e) to see if I could perhaps draw something for you!

D i s l i k e s :

I hope this list doesn't get too long...

- Obnoxious or intolerant people

- Nuts of all kinds, except perhaps praline. And who thought fruit in chocolate was a good idea?

- The chavs (hoodies, if you don't have chavs where you live) who hang around after dark looking menacing on street corners because they have nothing better to do, like do society a favour and jump in a river.

- Maths. Nuff said, folks.

One Clavat's Trash...

... is another Lilty's treasure! Oneshot. A response to a challenge in the Moogle's Nest forum featuring the Belstone caravan. What exactly are some of FFCC's artefacts for? How do they work? And for goodness' sake, WHAT is a Chicken Knife?

A Chockawhat?

Much as I love papoamuses, I was pretty bummed to find out there were no chocobos in Crystal Chronicles - or are there? Another silly oneshot featuring the ever-ridiculous Belstone caravan.

Extended stories:

Tales of Trinity

... is my pet fanfiction.net project at the moment. It's based on the game Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, telling the story of my caravan from Trinity village. The basis of the story revolves around the increasing difficulty of the journey for the caravan as their life-giving myrrh runs out and their quest to find the source of the problem.

As well as containing official NPCs - De Nam, Sol Racht, Gurdy and Amidatty - I've done my best to make it my own, as individual as I can. As such, you'll often find some information in there that I've added to give depth or explain a game phenomenon in real terms.

Child of the Miasma

A potential follow-up to Tales of Trinity, as with the way it's going there's a lot of stuff left to talk about. We'll have to see how it pans out.

Knocfelna's Daughter

Another Tale of Trinity, set in Alfitaria and following the misadventure of Lenna Roh, a Lilty girl who disguises herself as a boy in order to get into the ranks of the highly prestigious Alfitarian Guard only to find herself in the middle of something she didn't quite plan on.

How We Were

A Tale of Tida, if you like. Mioko asks the elder's wife about the ruined village in the north, only to fnd that Aineen mysteriously knows quite a lot about the failure of the much maligned caravan. A dual narrative telling both the story of Mioko and her friends before they joined Trinity's caravan, and also the little-known events leading up to the demise of Tida's own band of heroes. Rated T for racism and violence. CURRENTLY ON HIATUS.

Oneshots and shorts:

A Day at the Races (working title)

Because there's nothing more fun than watching cows walk across a field. The Belstone caravan make as much mischief as they can during the races for money, for honour and for kicks, and because everyone knows you can't tun down a dare.

Dysfunctional Families (working title)

Ullewyn the Yuke and Zomi Mo the Selkie fall in love the traditional way and decide to get married. There are just a few problems - viciously gossipy old housewives, two ways of doing the wedding, two pushy mothers, two stubborn fathers and only six days to organise the whole thing. Zomi wishes that her sister Sera Li's annual visit will help her sort things out before Ullewyn and the caravan roll home for Rejuvenation ceremony - and also that little Fey Mi will stop asking her where Yuke babies come from.

Take The Hat Off

A Harvest Moon oneshot idly chronicling the speculations of Mineral Town's female farmer on the blacksmith's boy.

His Sleeping Beauty

A Harvest Moon oneshot, because Keria was a very interesting discovery down at the bottom of the mine.

A n y t h i n g E l s e ?

The support here from you lovely people has been far more than I expected, and I thank everyone who has ever read or reviewed or even sent me a message of encouragement about any of my work. You are all lovely wonderful people who deserve medals, but most particularly I'd like to thank:

ladycordelia17, for being my first reviewer and helping me get started, and also for inviting me into her community The Moogle's Nest, which is a lot of fun for anyone looking for a good FF:CC ideas discussion group.

SasukeBlade, for being an excellent source of inspiration as well as a wonderful writer.

Angelic Sword, for reviewing faithfully and kindly since she first stumbled across my story. (Also, I'm sorry! I will begin to beta for you once more when I've got myself out of this technological fix!)

And my perfectly lovely anonymous reviewer Sue D Nym, for submitting some lengthy and descriptive reviews that have immensely encouraged me, and I never seem to get the chance to thank them!

I quite frequently suffer from writer's block so you'll have to forgive any jerky progress with my current story! In terms of FF:CC, I already have a sequal shaping up in mind (see above). In other news, fond as I am of Harvest Moon and the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games, a long fiction from a new perspective may equally be expected.

I'm an artist in my spare time and am trying to build up a portfolio. I work with traditional media, usually pencils and ink but occasionally pastels and paint.

If you have a character of your own invention that you'd like me to draw or a favourite from existing media send me a message!

If I get enough requests coming in I'll put the portfolio online and perhaps even start making a little money! :D

If you'd like to get in touch with me about anything just send me a personal message through fanfiction.net or request my alternate email address. Thanks for reading!

Ciao!
