Obsession of the moment: Cabaret. I'm currently Assistant Directing a production of this for community theatre.

Well, I love to act. I've preformed in many shows, ever since second grade in fact. However, upon entering High School, my acting has somewhat tapered out. I now enjoy teching shows just as much, and seem to spend more time backstage than actually ON stage.

I like writing, and have been enjoying this hobby since 2006. My grammar has improved leaps and bounds throughout my experiences writing and beta-ing for various authors.

My fav show (live action) at the moment is White Collar/Glee (they tie...both are incredibly epic). My fav anime is Detective Conan. I seriously spazz out about this series almost all the time. I'm also in love with Alex Rider by the super-incredibly talented Anthony Horowitz.

I'm not big on physical activity, though I love dancing, and Volleyball. In 2010, I began coaching Special Olympics Volleyball, and continued that streak by coaching Basketball this past spring.

I used to be majorly obsessed with Danny Phantom, but after I started watching/reading Detective Conan, my mind can go to that. However, one of my friends watches it so I'm getting back into DP as he draws me into debates.

...I'll put up more quotes when I think of them. These ones probably wouldn't be entirely word for word, but how can you expect someone to really remember that?

Also, I'm starting my own story, that will not be posted online. I'll let you guys know how its going, and if (more like when) I end up getting it published, I'll let you guys know the title and what the cover looks like so you can find it. Because of this, updates MAY be more sparse, but you have to learn to accept that I can't do everything. Wish me luck!

original story notes:

update 12/17/07-I've decided a location on my story, though it still has no title. The town is called Washington, and it's in Iowa. I was actually looking for a small town in Washington state and I came across this, instantly believing that it was more than coincidence that I found it.

Update 4/28/08-I've officially given up on my former story, and have started a new one in which I have four main characters and have them travel to another world. This one is far more exciting, and it's been taking up most of my attention at the moment.

Update 9/28/08--I've gone back and editted a few things from both of those stories, so that now i have inspiration to write for them. I've also started another story that centers on vampires and a few other fantasy things. I don't want to give that much away, but the title I have for it at the moment is Lunar.

Update 10/19/08--I started a new story because of this odd dream I had! One of my friends at school is helping me come up with ideas, but it's going pretty well.

Update 11/14/08--Said story that originated from dream has the awesomest plotline ever! My friend is drawing some things for me because I want it to be part novel, part manga...well, I hope...

Update 10/11/09--I came up with a new story idea over the summer, but don't think that means that I've given up on my other ideas. This one is much more complicated and will take a lot more research than the others...

UPDATE 6/25/11--I'm still working on the idea I came up with in 2009...after a rough start and much more planning, this one is a go. As more gets done, I'll let you guys know.

UPDATE 6/26/12-- the story I came up with in 2009 is the one that will become my first novel, for sure. I've been developing it for awhile, and it's turning out really good. Currently no title yet, but the story takes place in the future and has a lot to do with politics.
