Okay, I'm finally bothering to make this small online site for myself a bit more person. Neh.

With that outta the way, here's the deal. I've read fanfics off and on for 2 and a half years now, and a substantial amount of it is porn. I disagree with some writers on that. Yeah, I have no issue with some fanfics being sexist, elitist, or nothing more than outright smut.

I also have no issue with Yaoi, as long as it's not too personal.

It's actually part of the reason I stopped watching porn for the most part, some of it, the good stuff, shows something, personal, between the two actors. It makes me feel like an intruder.

Same deal for Fanfics. While it may be fiction, a person's first time is their first time. That's personal, and while hot to read about...

...well, it kinda feels like being a voyeur. So I don't write sex scenes for that reason.

As for why many of my fics, hell once I write em, will be very highly rated, and I mean that based on it's gonna be R and above, by whatever system, is that the fight scenes will get VERY disturbing.

Anyone who's read the manga Battle Royale knows what I mean. Seriously, that manga got graphic as hell. When you have a guy holding their intestines in their chest cavity, and then use duck tape to keep everything inside, during the middle of a firefight with a gun totting madman...

THAT is hardcore.

Still, I'm also a fan OC's, Original Characters, because sometimes, the cannon cannot do shit. I do, however, believe in making characters have long standing histories, at least with one of the characters in the original series. An Example of this, is the connection between Genma and Alexsander in my Ranma story. Once it's posted, you'll understand.

I also hate anonymous reviews. That's cowardly. I have never given an anonymous review, if I can help it, and the alt version is graypheonix85. So, it's close enough one can figure it out.

I am known, however, to give scathing reviews of what I consider terribly written stories. You know I mean YOU if you got one. That's right, you with the obsession with pairings with older men. THAT is disturbing. Seriously, being interested in older guys, if you're gay or bi is one thing, but before being 16? Fuck that, that is BEYOND WRONG! Seriously, some world experience, and a few meaningless flings, and most guys are ready for more serious relationships. Neh.

Done with the ranting for now, I'll tack on more as I see it.

One more thing. I believe that any story should be written, no matter how boring, how lack of action it is, SO LONG AS IT IS WELL WRITTEN. If you lack description, depth of character, details, details details, you failure as a writer. I WILL deem such failures to the level of AUTHOR, which to me, is not a higher term, it the term for HACKS WHO ARE UNORIGINAL AND CANNOT OUT THEIR TALENTS TO ANY USE!

I do not label arbitrarily. And many I do tell this to, I tell them to rewrite shit. If they don't, they aren't trying. EDIT YOUR SHIT BEFORE YOU POST IT, GOD HOW HARD IS THAT TO DO!!

I also do not mean to offend with the language, but I am pretty vocal with it. I like to curse, I like to wheedle and whine, and I like to moan out my displeasure with a bad situation. Neh. As a result, it tends to be okay.

In real life, I have a dirty sense of humor, a slightly out of shape body (working on it), a love of good stories (Neil Gaiman ROCKS!), and of good anime.

The list of anime I have liked at one time or another, not necessarily in order of favorites:

DBZ (deliberate crap when Goku became the hero during Buu saga, FUCK THAT! On top of that, why the hell didn't they end the series at the death of Cel? I mean, really, it was cool then, handed off the mantle of protector of the earth to his son, Goku's life was done. NO MORE NEED BE DONE! sigh and the shitty dub? The original company that did the first two seasons, RULED! After that, the voice actors sucked as much as in Japan. Seriously, Vegeta sounded like a wuss. )

Naruto (Kishimoto panders to the masses too much, for Sasuke lovers. Yet another reason why I hate japan. Otherwise, GET NARUTO THE FUCKING HIRAISHIN ALREADY BASTARD!)

Bleach (DELIBERATE CRAP! I know it's his first anime and manga series, but seriously, his implementation of his ideas sucked until Ichigo went Vaizard, but his actual combats only JUST got interesting again. sigh why does the creator suck so much?)

HunterxHunter (simply put: best kids anime EVER! Read it mother fuckers, or I will stab out your eyes)

666 Satan (Or Orb Hunters or whatever it's called in the censored version, stupid christian semantics) (Not as good as Naruto, but more interesting. Worth reading. I think it's also finished)

20th and 21st Century Boys (Bizarre, wacky, weird, and surprisingly, quite gripping. If you want to see the world get manipulated by the elite, and a man that is insane, read it, it's good)

Battle Royale (Screw the live action film, not as real as the manga. When you see blood fly, organs pop, and eyes get crushed underfoot, and it may be real, THEN I will watch a live action version of a horribly vile story. Otherwise, keep it to manga)

Yu Yu Hakusho (The anime went to just over 100 episodes, had no filler, and some really cool fights that were more realistic than DBZ. MUCH BETTER than Akira Toriyama's crap. It also has the most insane technique ever "Tyrant-King's Blaze-Murdering Black-Dragon-Wave", by a far margin, COOLEST technique ever created by that guy. Completely awesome)

Flame of Recca (Second series done by the creator of Yu Yu Hakusho. Awesome in it's own right, and has the best love story he had. Sweet, sad, and moving, it's something everyone should read)

Berserk (If you haven't seen the TV series, or read the manga, I pity you. It is THE best story out there, that's come from japan. It's more european fighting arts, magic, and remake of the 100 years war, makes it an incredible story to behold. No secret techniques, it is pure strength, grit, and war. READ IT!)

Dragonball (I hold it in a different league. Dragonball was about being a magical kid in a post-futuristic world, one that was well built, if with a very small focus. Through Evil King Piccolo Saga, it was good. After that, it led to DBZ. F U)

Deathnote (The Dubbed anime is bad. Watch the fansubs, you can find them anywhere on the internet. Better yet, FIND THE MANGA! It's better when the original creator has drawn everything, it looks more alive)

Ruronni Kenshin (Best realistic fighting anime I've seen. It's pretty dated now, and most of the techniques wouldn't work unless you were in absolutely PEEK physical condition. But they would work, though as well as in the anime? Hell no. )

Hajime no Ippo (really good, it actually intruduced me to sports anime. Good as a manga, don't have the time to watch the anime. So, FUCK IT!)

Battle Angel Alita (that's the translation here in the US, GUNNM is the original's name. Long story short? It's awesome. It's anime that combines martial arts, science fiction, speed in combat, and a really cool backstory, all in one. Read the manga, read the followup Last Order, and come back to tell me what you think. It is one of my longtime favorites)

Gundam, all series (with a few exceptions, this is a name brand in anime. I still haven't seen any of the original series, but I did play Dynasty Warriors Gundam, it caught my interest. Wing was my first exposure, and I loved it and I'm a fan of the slash pairings off the series, but that's cause I'm weird. The Seed series were too duel oriented in my opinion. Gundam is about war, afterall, it's a battlefield story and they tried too damn hard. Neh. Hopefully 00 will be better)

Anything from Rumiko Takahaishi (I love her ideas, her art is ethereal in Inuyasha, and Hardcore in Ranma. She's a comedically inclined writer. We all need to laugh, to not be swallowed by despair, but I don't think beating guys down to get a point across is wise. Hell, it leads to spousal abuse, when you knock em through a wall, ceiling or whatever, or drop em through the floor. Screw that. )

So, that's it for anime.

Here's the deal on my stories. Some people will accuse me of Deus Ex Machina with some of my OCs. Take into account, I do as much modification first to make sure that they DO work as characters in cannon. It's hard. I hate characters that don't change for the better. I especially hate characters that beat down others, and it's never explained.

There is always a reason. That's my moto. That's why I will do a lot of behind the scenes stuff, to show the characters beneath their daily facades.

And taking a shortcut like saying "This is Severus Snape's mind, and he does blah blah blah because of blah," is the sign of a bad author. Show their human side, and draw out their stories over time. So what if a story takes 5 years, and 100 or more chapters to write, and that long for your fans to read. Hell, I've read fanfics like that, and they really ARE worth the wait. Well, when they're well written, anyways.

A long, drawn out story, that's alive, because it shows the characters living their lives,

THAT is a story worth reading.

And while I love action as much as the next person, I personally prefer to see people just live. It's more real.

Besides, I can dream up enough powerful heroes and villains for several lifetimes. When I read, even when it's for an action-packed series, I want to see the day to day stuff too. Even if it was boring, the 200 or so pages of camping in the woods of the last Harry Potter book, that was a good idea.

But that's the only good thing I have to say about that gigantic bitch JK Rowling.
