Hi, I'm Spotofpaint and I'm 22 years old. I live in Atlanta GA but am originally from Smithtown NY.
I graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta and am currenlty working as a Graphic Designer for an advertising firm.
I would like to become a children's book author and illustrator and am working very hard on my second book.
The first is still yet to be punblished. When it is, I'll let you all know!
I'm also working very hard on becoming an author. I'm currently working hard on an original fantasy idea of mine and am about halfway through. When I get that published I'll also let you all know.
Anyway, I've been writing fan fictions for some time now. I hope you all enjoy my work.
Oh! My hobbies include drawing, sketching, painting, singing, gaming (mostly Nintendo NEVER X-box. A bit of Playstation.) and of course, writing!

I have also just completed my first Death Note fan fiction. It is entitled "Friend or Foe" and is rated T.
I'm very proud to say that it is currently the longest fan fiction on this board and also one of the most popular! I'm shocked and amazed at the types of reviews I've gotten and just how many people have become interested in it. Even though it's now complete, I'm still getting new reviews and readers everyday.
I want to thank you all so much for your support. I put a lot of hard work into it, but I will admit it was the most fun I think I've ever had writing before. I just pray that I can have that much fun with everything I write. I love writing with all my heart and I hope it shows in my work.

But wait there's more! I'm now currently working on a sequil to "Friend or Foe." It is entitled "Friend or Flame." The title gives it away, it's yaoi. But it's very tasteful. It's currently rated T but I will be making it M shortly. Not so much for sexual content, but for adult themes and trauma. It's been quite a roller coaster ride so far! But if you liked Friend or Foe, you'll ove Friend or Flame more! Trust me.
