Been a long time since I've been so obsessed about a show, but I guess if you're here reading my bio, you are among the Supernaturally possessed.

I've written fanfic before, but never posted anything until this site. I started out with posting Six Months (which shamefully, hangs unfinished, but I do promise I will finish it) and then "Blood Debt" hijacked my computer. I had full intentions of turning back to Six Months when "Dragonfly" became something approaching my obsession. It is well roughed out now with several chapters only needing some editing, but I do have a few chapters in the middle to write. I've been reluctant to post it until I felt I was sure it wouldn't fizzle out on me, and that I'd handled some of the continuity issues I had. I've been so OC about this story I even had to go look up the weather for the key dates in the story. A lurker of this site, and my best friend, has contributed a few of the chapters. I keep trying to convince her to put up her own stories and keep my fingers crossed that she might.

I'm a serious Dean junky, so my stories will probably tend to focus on him and his angst, but I try to give Sammy fair time as well. In Dragonfly, John gets into the mix and is equally angsty.

I have published a sci-fi short many more moons ago than I care to admit (you can find it on a livejournal site, Risha1 if you really care), and have some submissions rolling about out in sci-fi/fantasy magazine land that I hope might get adopted. Got a couple novels I'm working on too. Along with a textbook I'm writing for Cambridge University Press. And that little doozy will keep me from spending as much time working on the Boys tales as I'd like. (Must get finished. Must have more time to spend with the Boys!!)

My real job is working in the space industry, working on the new Crew Exploration Vehicle, and a few other pies I keep my fingers in. Now that it's published, I can also admit to being part of the 'new' Space Shuttle Columbia Accident investigation, the SCSIIT report. I even got a medal out of it, which I am still shocked and amazed over.

Hope you enjoy reading the tales as much as I enjoy writing them. Reviews are welcome, and I'm happy to look over other Supernatural stories and provide feedback if so prodded.

I've previously noted progress and feelings in this bio as I worked on Six Months and Blood Debt, but those seem less applicable as I move forward with Dragonfly. Rest assured Six Months will continue to nag at me until I get it finished and posted. As an aside, Dragonfly has been rated "M" because of some of the content. Readers beware.

I added a short prologue to "Blood Debt" that I've always wanted to add. I feel it lets the story come around a bit more full circle and I've done a few oneshots full of Dean Angst.

I'm going to be reposting Blood Debt. I'm going to go through and try to catch all my typos, do a few little tweaks here and there, potentially add a scene or two, and add an epilogue. Don't worry, I'm working on that in my free moments. You know, when I should be sleeping or something. :)

Chapter 7 of Six Months is a ways off from being ready, but I'll get to it soon. Promise.

I have to pause and say, I'm overwhelmed with the reaction I'm getting from all of you with Dragonfly. It's enough to make a girl blush. I'm thrilled I seem to be doing a decent job telling the tale and that my story is being enjoyed by so many. I also wonder how I'm ever going to top this story in the future. I really appreciate the feedback in the reviews. It gives me much motivation to keep working hard and making the story the best it can be. Thank you all.

Good grief. I apologize for the absurd time it's taken me to get through this chapter. Being sick, my house getting flooded twice two weekends running, work getting busier, it's all contributed to my painfully slow completion of this chapter. Yes, they're excuses, but, it is what it is. Admittedly I've had a few other things capture my attention and perhaps I needed a break from Dragonfly and just didn't realize it.

I finally had to break the chapter not quite in half, so you only get 19 pages of the currently 27 pages I've written of it. I'm going to have to consider whether to make the next chapter a continuation of this one, or work on the "now" chapter. I don't know at the moment. At any rate, as soon as my beta is able to get through it, the new chapter will finally go up.

Just about got the next chapter done. Not a real long chapter, but it's been a tough one to edit for me. I probably should have just scrapped what I had and re-wrote it fresh. It is the continuation of the previous chapter. Then I'll turn to the now chapter. I don't think it'll be a bad edit. the chapter after that...most of it has to be written fresh I think, so that one will take some time. Thanks for all your patience. It's been something of a rough year on many levels.

Yea! Chapter 25 is finally posted. Chapter 26 is a now chapter, so you might want to reread a couple of those chapters to get yourself back on track in prep of the next chapter.

Wow! Less than a month and Chapter 26 is up! How about that! For reviewing the now chapters: C1, c3, c5,c7,c10,c14,c18,c22. Next chapter will be a then chapter and will probably take some time because I have to write some new scenes. While this chapter was short, the next chapter will probably be on the long side. Not so long I have to split it, I hope!

Yes, it's been a terribly long time since I've updated. My apologies to all. I haven't given up; it hasn't been left to wither in the dust. Multiple reasons exist, some distractions, some health issues. With my recent surgery I hope things will improve somewhat. I didn't realize how much pain was really impacting me and continues to do so. Maybe I can get some serious work done before my good pain pills run out. :) Unfortunately only one of the two major issues was possibly addressed by the surgery and the worst one remains. I am on the hunt for new doctors and new solutions. Doctor visits means time to write. Lol. Kinda sad that. Anyhow, thanks all for your patience. I promise, the story will be finished and I will put greater effort to that end.
