I'm a huge fan of A:TLA, the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer (seriously, if you haven't read it, do so now!), Harry Potter, PotO, LotR, PotC, Mercedes Lackey, Tamora Pierce, etc, etc. Oh, and Ayn Rand. Random, I know. But she's amazing. I'm working on fanfics for a couple of those, so I'm sure you're looking forward to them! (not..)

And, quite suddenly and entirely as a result of reading the 7th HP, I love Lily/Severus. Love it like I love Jacob/Bella, with the burning heat of a thousand suns, that in the end amounts to nothing but despair and sullen anger. Because I know that the respective (and wonderful) authors will never ever let it work, because they and the other readers like James (and Edward) better. And I like them too. But I hate them because their existence means the destruction of my more loved ones' hearts. Crappy male protagonists...
