Author has written 6 stories for Cold Squad, Eureka, Recess, and Radio Free Roscoe. Just a quick bio. So, I'm Canadian (eh?) and have officially graduated high school, though I am still at the school for what is known as a "fifth year". A "fifth year" is optional in Canada and can be chosen for several reasons. My reason was that there were still courses that I wanted to take and when I was to graduate and leave the school, I would have been barely 18 and hardly ready for university. So I chose to take some more courses and learn some more stuff. If you don't understand my rationale, I don't blame you, a lot of people don't, but I like to learn. I am currently 19 years old. I should also mention that I am female. I will be attending university in the fall. I study martial arts and I work-out a lot and while I love watching television and movies, I also love to read. My absolute favourite show is Battlestar Galactica the re-imagined series for oh so many reasons, but I find it very realistic and relevant to life today. It's not your typical science fiction. Otherwise, the genres I prefer are drama, crime and I absolutely love manga and anime, but I won't watch anime in any other way than with the Japanese audio and English subtitles. I am as true to the original as possible. I also enjoy historical stuff from certain time periods, mainly feudal Asia. I love traditional Chinese music, especially guqin and erhu (those are musical instruments). Other than that, I like rock, metal (some of it heavy metal), some pop-like stuff (very little), and classical music involving piano or string instruments. I only like rap in the context that it can be good exercise music because of the beat. UPDATE July 15, 2009: Sorry about this week, but there will be no update. I am (and have been) participating in various family activities, and I am going to a concert.
