Not much to say about me.

First off, I'm very political. Fortunately, I manage to keep real world politics out of my writing.

Outside politics, I'm a single, pasty white 22 year old Digital Film and Video Production student, who enjoys good beer, sweet wine, and watching movies in mostly empty theaters.

I'm sorry, but I have to get this off my chest. DON'T CLAP AT THE END OF THE MOVIE!! Seriously, who are you clapping for? The people on the screen can't hear you! And the projectionist certainly doesn't need your condescending praise.

Where was I? Oh yes.

At 6 foot 4 and quite slim, it's hard for me to buy pants. Is it so inconceivable that a person can be taller than they are wide? And people hate it when I drive their cars, and I hate when people borrow mine, as seat positions are always changed. It takes me weeks to get my seat back where it was. Advice: don't sit behind the driver's seat when I'm driving if you value your legroom.

I'm into Legend of Zelda, Resident Evil 4, Unreal Tournament, Tales of Symphonia, Super Smash Bros., Harry Potter (the books), Gundam Wing, Ghost in the Shell, and if Samus Aran were real, she'd be my girlfriend. She'd kick my ass in paintball, but I could live with that.

When the TV is on, I'm either playing Wii, or I'm watching House MD, Mythbusters, The Closer, Burn Notice (awesomeness!), Law and Order (original, SVU, and CI), The Tonight Show, Monk, Psych, Frasier, or Everybody Loves Raymond. I think that's about it... Oh yeah! Redskins Football!

I like music. Barenaked Ladies, Carbon Leaf, Counting Crows, Evanescence (I love her voice), My Chemical Romance, and John Mayer. I also like to listen to the music files from Unreal Tournament 2004 (they're in the Music folder in the UT2004 installation; they're OGG files, playable in WinAmp, and very pleasant to listen to). Panic! At The Disco, Fall Out Boy, and Red Jumpsuit Apparatus aren't not bad. Not great, but not bad. Seether and Linkin Park got some good head banging sounds, and on the opposite side They Might Be Giants is playfully quirky. The Killers' new stuff is way better than their debut album's oversynthed sound, and any fan of Evanescence should pick up "Immortalized: A String Quartet Tribute to Evanescence," and listen to it on good speakers.

Correction: Lately I've been just addicted to Linkin Park. I don't know why.

Correction again: All other music can suck it because I just discovered symphonic goth metal! Nightwish, Within Temptation, Xandria and Epica are badass!

Odds are I'll only post one story, Spirit of Fear. It's been two years in the making, and I'm finally writing it down. I know it seems odd to only have one project, as many users in this community have several, but Spirit of Fear is very ambitious, so it makes up for it. Bouncing around the void of my mind, however, are ideas for Metroid and Legend of Zelda fanfics, as well as a Slayers (remember that show?) fic that's still in its infancy.

I don't have a lot of time to myself, and when I do I'm either working on Spirit of Fear or sharpening my UT3 skills (which is supposed to be titled UT2007, because it's the fourth game in the series, but I rant), so chances are I won't read many stories while I'm here. I'm just using this website as a venue (not to mention poor man's copyright) for my story.

I'd like to thank you readers in advance for being patient with my style of writing. I realize I'm a tough read, but I'd like to give the average reader more credit than I instinctively would, and I hope many of you will be able to see past my writing style and enjoy the story for it's content.
