Author has written 2 stories for Legend of Zelda.

It all started as a present for my son. My wife and I bought him Wind Waker for his birthday. After a while, out of curiosity, I started playing. That was it; I was hooked. We bought a Wii and got Twilight Princess, and that settled it. I was a Zeldaholic.

Then I made the Ultimate Mistake: I downloaded the legendary Ocarina of Time for the Virtual Console. Drawn helplessly into its world, I became exquisitely aware why so many consider it the greatest game ever. Like so many others, I wanted to know what happened next. After reading some other fanfics, though, I found myself compelled to write my own.

Two months, 160,000 words or so, and two or three edit passes later, Parallel Symphony was born. Never before has a story taken over my life so completely. It was infuriating and frustrating and absolutely wonderful.

I couldn't have done this without the tireless help of my wife, who is my editor, my HTML coder, and my inspiration. My Zel. Nintendo, of course, is the parent of this wonderful world of Hyrule, one of the greatest fantasy settings ever created. Finally, though I went to considerable lengths to make Parallel Symphony my own, I can't deny the influence of Callisto Hime and Rose Zemlya; check 'em out.

Edit note 2007-07-25: Minor edit to Part 1, Chapter 1, to fix a minor continuity error.

Edit note 2007-11-15: Edit to Part 2, Ch 5, to fix a not-so-minor continuity error.
