Livejournal Account: D3ath's Writing Journal (of sorts). It's a Livejournal account that I'm using to improve my writing skills. I'll post writing exercises, some updates, some intros into new stories that I'm coming up with, ideas, advice, and some other things. Stop by, leave a comment, etc. Unfortunately, I've always been pretty bad about updating this, so it might possibly maybe be a long time until I update it again...

Hobbies/Likes: To put it simply, I like to draw, to write, I love music (other than classical- I don't understand how people enjoy listening to that stuff...) I play the violin, but not much classical, thank you very much. I also play the piano, and I'm an average singer. I'm a sword fighter (belt, title, and everything), and I'm currently learning how to stick my fingers into someone's eyes and choke them in several different ways (i.e. DO NOT MESS WITH ME WHEN I'M IN A BAD MOOD). I do a lot of reading, and I basically LOVE good, action movies. And Fire. LOTS AND LOTS of fire. I'm also a fan of Ninjas. :D

Dislikes: Bad Grammar- it gets so confusing sometimes. It's a pet peeve. I mean, some people have really good ideas, its just that it's expressed badly in their stories because of horrible grammar. It makes them seem kind of stupid (and I know they're not). But I can understand if they're foreign; it's so much harder on folks who learned English as a second language. I also hate...cheerleaders, so, sorry if you're a cheerleader. There's only been one exception for this so far, and that's a friend from school. She's awesome. Let's see...bad grammar, cheerleaders, most of my vegetables, Math, and science. Oh, man, I'm so bad at math and science, it's not even funny. I almost failed last year. By Asian decree, I should be executed...

Important Notices...

There aren't really any important announcements, other than my new fanfic, Guardian Fox. I actually have a lot planned for it, and I'm actually tweaking the original Zelda: Twilight Princess plot so that it's more realistic, with a bunch of other stuff as well.

Update On My Life: I HATE COLLEGE APPLICATIONS. They take so much time, they're expensive, and I suck at the essays. Honestly, I can't write a good essay to save my life. Bleh.

Advice to Newbies! section: Yes, here is a section for all of you beginners! I love newbies, they're so fun. They have awesome ideas, and I still consider myself a newbie, but!! (poses dramatically) I believe I have some wisdom to impart to you guys!! First of all, use the spell check feature that's at the top of the bar whenever you submit a chapter or story or whatever!! Help you, it will! Secondly, I found this awesome website that helped me develop my characters. So if you think your character is a Mary-sue/Gary-stu (or not), take the Universal Mary Sue Litmus Test!! It helps a bunch, and it's great for developing characters! And third, DO NOT PLAGIARIZE!! It's wrong, and if I find out that you have done it to me, I will not only spam you constantly, but I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN. And I'm sure others will feel the same way as well, so remember, don't do drugs!! If you want any more advice or stuff to do to improve writing, check out my livejournal account (link is at the top of my profile) It has exercises there, ideas, etc.

This past year, I have learned how helpful it is to have someone else go over you fanfic, to check it, point out plot errors, spelling errors, grammar errors, and other stuff. It might be a little embarrassing, but it's extremely helpful in the development area. I would suggest a beta (since it's someone you most likely wouldn't know), or even a friend, especially one that's good a literature (speaking of which, I need to get a beta...). Just make sure you don't plagaraize :3
