Author has written 5 stories for Maria-sama ga Miteru, and Mai HiME. Right, so it's about time to update this. I am still arrogant, selfish, and aloof; still of the female persuasion; still in university; and yes: I still prefer Martinis to any other cocktail. Incidentally, I was terribly amused by some reactions to my previous profile. They ranged from someone asking whether I was an INFP to someone taking me to task for being an "arrogant ass" (beautiful alliteration, n'est-ce pas?)... To the first, I can only say pas du tout, and to the second I say c'est vrai, cherie, but did I not say so myself? Ah, well. Anyhow, some additions to the data: I am a postmodernist and am interested in queer theory. Someone is presently trying to teach me Japanese by speaking it around me, but all I have managed thus far is a smattering of it. The structure presents problems to someone more used to Western modes of grammar, I suppose. I am halfway through my collection of the "semiotext(e)" series (postmodern tracts, all of them), and rather happy about it. Another thing that makes me happy these days is Cadbury Flake - I'm developing quite an addiction, methinks, by having it with my demitasse everyday.
