Author has written 12 stories for Final Fantasy VII. Howdy, y'all! If you're going to leave a review that is just a bitch fit? Take it elsewhere. I don't make anything off these stories, so I really, REALLY don't need the negativity I've gotten from some people that can't read the synopsis before the dive in. It's old, and lame. My name's Kris and I've been writing fan fiction now for... well... forever. Well, at least a large chunk of my 32 years. I've been doing Final Fantasy 7 fics now for over ten years. My epic, Guilt's Cost, was written between 6/1998 to 4/2005. Ergo, it does not relate to Advent Children or Dirge of Cerberus, since it was conceived and written before those things. I guess now, with the knowledge of the above, I would have to say that it's an alternate universe fic. Jaras' Reclamation, the equally epic sequel to Guilt's Cost, has been posted here as well. Yes, I'm aware of how dark a tale it is, but I wrote it mainly for myself. I think it has its virtues. Don't write me just to give me crap about this story, if you don't like it? Don't read it, fairly simple. Since those times, I've left my Vincent Valentine centered world and shifted to Cid Highwind. Reason being, is that I simply find the captain easier to write for. I love that crass bastard. For the most part, unless otherwise noted, my stories have little to do with one another. I tend, however, to recycle my supporting characters time and again. Therefore, if you read through a few, don't be surprised if a few names and faces seem familiar from one tale to the next. For the record, my favorite out of those original characters would be Bradley O'Malley. I torture him often. Oh, and also Joseph Porter. Good guys, really. Anyway, I'm on MySpace if anyone is inclined to find me there. My real profile is under the name Sipesh, and I also have an RP profile for the good Captain Highwind.
