Okay...little to no clue as to what one is supposed to write for these things. I guess I could start at the beginning (which I'm told is a very good place to start). I was born on October 16, 1989, and am in fact very proud of the fact that I was alive in the 80's (for only two months, yes, but it was a very pivotal time in my life). At the time I was dubbed Kaley Faith. Hasn't changed.
So then stuff happened to me. I learned to talk. Got taller.
Now I write fanfic sometimes.
Hm, maybe this bio stuff isn't as hard as I thought. Anyway, I'm off to start a new phase of life I've titled College Kid. English major. Who knew?
More about me: I love Jesus Christ. I want to be like Him. I'm not perfect. I can't stand religious people (though really, neither could Jesus, so I think I'm safe there). And if anyone wants to talk to me about the difference between loving Jesus and being religious, I would so love to talk to you about it. I like enticingly complicated people, and I like refreshingly uncomplicated people. My best friend is my mom. I like movie nights in my dorm room. I like knowing things (it's the actual learning process that gets annoying sometimes). I don't like it when people curse. I love reading, love writing, and am mildly (or majorly) into TV and movies. My tastes are a little eclectic. Here's a list of favorites in alphabetical order as dictated by moi. (If anyone knows of any stories that are must-reads for the following categories, drop me a line.) Extra points for anyone under fifty who's actually seen all these shows.
Movies: Batman Begins; Brothers Grimm, The; Catch Me If You Can; Chronicles of Narnia, The; Emperor's New Groove, The; Facing the Giants; Get Smart, Again; Knight's Tale, A; Ladyhawke; Mary Poppins; National Treasure; National Treasure: Book of Secrets; Princess Bride, The; Robin Hood (the Disney version. That Robin's a fox! pa-dum ching. groan.); Rundown, The; School of Rock; Spiderman (all of 'em); Stargate; Steamboat Bill, Jr.; Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles--Mainly the first and second, but maybe the third just for laughs; That Thing You Do; Transformers; X-Men 1 and 2 (am I the only one who was a little disappointed by 3?); What's Up, Doc? (starring Barbra Streisand and Ryan O'Neal--nothing to do with Bugs Bunny)
Television Shows: A-Team; Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, The (Extra points to anyone under sixty who's seen this show); Alf; Andy Griffith Show, The; Beast Wars; Diagnosis Murder; Get Smart; Greatest American Hero, The; MacGyver; Monk; NCIS; Numb3rs; Psych--currently my all-time favorite; seaQuest DSV; Simon & Simon; Sliders; Stargate SG-1 (before Jack left)
Books: The Bible, the dictionary, and the Unofficial MacGyver How-To Handbook. Okay, there are more--many more. But you'd have to ask me later.
Music/Bands/Artists: Avalon; Folds, Ben; Franklin, Aretha; Reliant K; Rhea, Andy; Rhea, Jordan; Rice, Damien; Schultz, Mark; Stevens, Sufjan; Temptations, The
I would give lists of upcoming stories, but that would be an excercise in futility. I've tried that. My brain gets other ideas, and I end up writing something completely different. So to keep the frustration levels (mine and anyone who reads my stuff) down, I'll just keep my favorites list up so you know what to expect. Though most of that stuff I'll probably never write for. Like I can't picture an Alf plot-let ever tickling my muse. But hey, that is one entertaining puppet.

And anyone waiting for the next chapter of "Closed Break," I'm not dead! I'm going to finish it, I promise. And thank you for all your wonderful reviews! My life's just been a tad insane. But the next chapter's coming. Can't say when, but it's coming. Love ya!
