I go by Death By Ramen. Why? Because I love ramen, and it'll be the death of me. Actually I like a wide range of asian food (being that I am, specifically filipino), but I settled for this username instead. I often read more than I write, but I'm going to try writing as much as I can. I tend to give in to procrastination and laziness but I don't like writing half-assed stories. It's either I write a(at least) decent story, or I wait until I get enough motivation to do so. I hate yaoi and yuri with a vengeance. Just saying those two words leaves a foul taste in my mouth. It really annoys me when there are OC's paired up with one of the main characters. I can tolerate OOCness (out of characterness) as long as it's not fully blown out of proportion. I write angst and dark fics, but I prefer happy endings in stories(I'm old-fashioned that way). I also like writing with humor.
Music is one of my best sources of motivation. I listen to Alternative, Rock, Heavy, Metal, Gothic, Punk, Emo, R&B, Techno, DDR, Asian-Pop, Rave, Grunge, etc. But if I read a horribly unsatisfying fic, I may get angry enough to start writing. Which is how I started drawing, by the way. Yeah, I'm a very angry person.
I hate ignorance and idiocy, but I despise mediocrity the most. It gives me no satisfaction reading a story with a boring pairing that could get no more possible character development than that of a couple of spiders.
I'm sorry that I don't update a lot, but I'm going to try harder now during the summer. If I'm not writing, I'm drawing.
