Hi, peeps!

I'm currently wondering what I should change my name to. Scarlett-Husky was getting a bit boring. Of course, I chose my name (Scarlet - that was my first name and usually what all my very old friends call me) because scarlet is traditionally the colour of flame. And fire = dragons. Right?

Spyro is my favourite video game series, but lately they've screwed it up...

I supported SpyroxCynder in A New Beginning and the Eternal Night, but I hate it now in Dawn of the Dragon. Like I said at the beginning of The Rise of Cynder, Dawn of the Dragon Cynder is nothing like little Cynder and I hate her. No, I don't hate her in A New Beginning and the Eternal Night, just in Dawn of the Dragon because they gave in to the fantards and made her a prep. And that includes a super-curvy figure that makes her look like she has boobs. And don't call me a Cynder hater - I didn't like Spyro much, either. Before he was a little naive, a bit unsure about his destiny, but still doing what Ignitus asks of him out of respect for his elders. But now...-shakes head- Now he is just so cliche that he pretty much has no personality at all.

SPYRO! MAKE TOAST! IT IS YOUR DESTINY!

SPYRO: -rushes to the toaster before you can say 'sue'-

SPYRO! LICK THE FLOOR! IT IS YOUR DESTINY!

SPYRO: -licks the floor so much that his saliva turns it into a river-

Am I the only one that got this feeling?

Sparx, too, even if it is more minor. I mean, he was somewhat funny before...and now he pretty has no use but to fly around and add annoying comments...

The plot is cliche too. I mean, the ending...-shudders- And yes, after the battle we pretty much have no idea what is going on. Does Spyro put the whole world back together? It only shows half of it restored. Where are the Guardians, Sparx and Hunter? We have no idea where this place with flying bits of earth and glowy-bugs is. And are Spyro and Cynder dead? Yes, they're flying around in what looks supposedly like the Valley of Avalar, but it could be the Spirit Realms of whatever!

So many cliffhangers! So many questions unanswered! So much plot unfinished! If I'm correct, Spyro set out in the first game to find not only his home, but his parents, yes? Thanks to Dawn of the Dragon, we never find them! Everybody was guessing that it was Ignitus, and the guy in the interview said that our guesses were close...and do we find out who is parents are? Uh-uh-uh. Nah-no-da. Zilch. Nought. Nothing.

I hope that they change the plot of Dawn of the Dragon in the movie, or Krome makes the REAL ending to the Legend of Spyro, because Dawn of the Dragon seemed more like a fan-game if you ask me, and probably a lot of other people. I feel like making a petition to Sierra (or is it Activision Blizzard, since the company merged with another?) saying for Krome to get the rights back. Unless they make a game to replace it, stupid EL has just made Spyro, Cynder and Sparx teens, so any chance of them coming back as their normal selves with Dawn of the Dragon existing is highly impossible.

OK, rant over. I am not really one for these copy-and-paste things, but if you hate Dawn of the Dragon, copy-and-paste this into your profile. And I mean it.

Warriors is my favourite book series. But lately, the stories are getting boring. Firestar has totally wrecked ThunderClan. He's taken in so many kittypets and gave his warriors such bad names that it ought to be called KittypetClan. And, after three series of Warriors books taking place in ThunderClan, only one of which was very good, you would've thought that the forth one would take place in another clan. But no, it's the same old, boring ThunderClan...

-sniff- Since Hollyleaf isn't part of the three, I think that Breezepelt should've been, instead of stupid Whitewing's kits (though I do like BirchxWhite). Then we could've had a story told in the viewpoint of a WindClan cat, and we could've known why they launched the battle in Eclipse and so on. It would've made the Power of Three much more interesting, don't you think?

I think that The New Prophecy was quite boring. OK, so they've just lost so many warriors from fighting BloodClan for the forest, and now they have to move? No fair! If I were the plot-writer of Erin Hunter, there would've been a fierce clan rivalry or something, like in Into the Wild when Brokenstar was evil, and they had to defeat him and his clan. Or they would've been an infestation of foxes/badgers/dogs. Or something which takes place in a different clan, like the story of Tawnypelt or whatever. JUST NOT THE DUMB PLOT OF THE NEW PROPHECY!

So...yeah. The first series I have as Warrior Cats instead of Warriors (Warrior Cats is the UK version, and I had to order all the other books online), and if you ask me, the books are much better. I mean, the Warrior Cats logo is SHINY! It gives a better feel. Plus, is it me, or do the books in The New Prophecy and Power of Three feel like they're made out of ultra-thin paper? Even the covers! They tear so easily! Warrior Cats is better preserved. Buy Warrior Cats, those still on the first series.

Favourite Spyro Couples:

SpyroxElora - like CinderxFire, the best couple that never was. Why? Because it wasn't rushed like SpyroxCynder was. They hadn't been together that long, plus Cynder was being a right meanie poo to him in Dawn of the Dragon with her sudden snobby attitude, and suddenly Cynder is all like, 'ZOMG I LUFFS YOU!!' Elora? She's kind to Spyro, and though she doesn't say that she loves him straight away it's clear about her feelings at the end of Year of the Dragon. Plus in the epilogue of Gateway to Glimmer (Ripto's Rage!) it says that if Spyro hadn't looked away accidentally on the love boat in Dragon Shores then they would have been a couple. Spyro just had a totally masculine moment. X3. T he SpyroxEloraxEmber love triangle kind of reminds me of the SonicxSallyxAmy love triangle. Elora and Sally are both different species to their lovers, they're both brown-and-tan with red hair, they're both pretty headstrong and not damsels-in-distress, and both are a good match for their lovers (and both Spyro and Sonic are the main characters, who are cool and cocky). Ember and Amy are both the same species as their crush, both pink, both have a fangirl-like crush on the hero, and both heroes detest them. XD Alright, now I've been ranting for too long. And don't say that they can't be together because they're different species! Hunter the cheetah hooked up with Bianca the rabbit, and Ember the dragon went out with Bandit the armadillo! SpyroxElora forever!

SpyroxCynder - I used to support this...until Dawn of the Dragon came out. Now the relationship is nothing more than a Mary-Sue-like hook-up that exists not because the two actually spent a lot of time together and felt like it was time to make it something more, but to please the fantards. If the fantards aren't jealous of Spyro because he's with Cynder, that is (since Cynder's 'sexy' now and whatnot...)

SpyroxEmber - after Dawn of the Dragon came out, I began investigating the character of Ember. I support this a little bit, and I think it's cute, but if they ever did get together it would probably be one of those pre-teen relationships that only lasts for a few months. Sorry.

SparxxZoe - in the epilogue to Year of the Dragon it said that Zoe and that ice fairy in Frozen Altars (I think) were competing for Sparx's affections. D'aww. X3

HunterxBianca - oh, come on, you have to love these two. Even if the Discovery Channel disagrees because a cheetah would probably rip a rabbit to shreds for its lunch. XD

MoneybagsxSheila - total crack pairing, but I like it. I think Moneybags could get taught a thing or two by Sheila if they ever got together. XD

BanditxEmber - I only saw about one BanditxEmber fanfic on the entire Spyro the Dragon archive, and it was an M-rated oneshot by rabbitnumber1 (I think) that was about Bandit shooting Spyro with his cowboy guns to win Ember's affections (which unfortunately went wrong). Anyways, I like this couple because it supports the whole mixed-species love (-cough- SpyroxElora... -cough-) and it means that Ember is no longer following Spyro around because she and the armadillo cowboy (cowarmadillo? Armadilloboy?) are so deeply in love. He thinks that she's beautiful and she thinks that he's dreamy. Perfect match.

FlamexEmber - when I joined the whole 'Ember loves Spyro but Spyro loves Cynder, little does Ember know that Flame loves her' thing was popular. I don't like this one so much now, since I support BanditxEmber, but hey.

RomeoxJuliet - do you remember those two from the Zephyr level in Gateway to Glimmer? It was so hilarious to find that Juliet, that beautiful Breeze Harbor bird (no alliteration intended), had a man's voice. How that slug loved her I have no idea. XD

Favourite Warriors Couples:

CinderxFire - the best couple that never was. Why? Sandstorm magically falls in love with Firestar yet treats him like a piece of fox dung. Cinderpelt, on the other hand, is willing to listen and offer advice to Firestar when he's stressed. Also, she'd make a good mother. If only she were a warrior...-grumbles about stupid Tigerstar-

BluexOak - this wasn't really explored, but I think it's cute anyways. I haven't got Bluestar's Prophecy yet, but hopefully there's some more about it there...

SilverxGray - it's kind of rushed, but SO MUCH BETTER than GrayxMillie. Those two really don't click. Why did she have to die? WHY? D:

SandxDust - I don't like SandxFire - and besides, it was so obvious Dustpelt had a crush on her. If she hadn't had fallen in love with Firestar I think these two would have been mates. ERIN HUNTER SAID SO!

SandxRaven - call me crazy, but I could see them together. If Ravenpaw had rejoined the Clans with his confidence boost (thanks to Barley) Sandstorm would have teased him for being an 'outsider' yet fallen in love with him...it would have been SandxFire all over again.

GoldenxTiger - OK, I don't really support this one much but I think it would have been cool if she'd left ThunderClan to become a rogue with Tigerstar. Plus I don't like SashaxTiger. Ugh. Selfish little kittypet.

BrightxCloud - I LOVE THIS ONE! Brightheart is so gentle, whereas Cloudtail has a barbed tongue...yet he'd die for Brightheart, he loves her so. It was so adorable, the way he stuck by her and trained her up until she could be a warrior! DIE, DAISY!

BrightxSwift - if Swiftpaw had lived I think he and Cloudtail would have had some competition over her, you know...

MousexLong - I think these two are really cute! At the beginning of Into the Wild, Longtail seemed like an early teenager in human years...14, 15, say? And Mousefur seemed about 17, 18? Longtail always seemed like the good-looking dude and Mousefur like the beautiful yet tomboyish teen, you know what I mean? Perfect for each other! And when they both went to the elders' den they grew really close!

SashaxScourge - Sasha would have been his little toy, probably.

FeatherxCrow - a little rushed, but much better than LeafxCrow, which was so rushed it might as well have been a one-second-crush. She died to save him from Sharptooth, which makes this a really cute couple. DIE, LEAFPOOL! DIE, NIGHTCLOUD!

SquirrelxShrew - I changed my mind about SquirrelxAsh. I don't think they go, actually. Ashfur is too protective and Squirrelflight hates being protected, so...yeah. If Shrewpaw hadn't have been killed I think these two might have been a couple, you know. He was really kind and probably her best friend out of the apprentices.

LeafxCody - they're both she-cats. So? :3

FeatherxAsh - I think these two really go. From what we saw in Moonrise with Crowfeather, Feathertail liked being protected. And Ashfur's a really protective cat - that was where he went wrong with Squirrelflight, because she hates being protected. If only stupid Bluestar had fought to keep Stormfur and Feathertail in ThunderClan when they were kits!

HollyxHawk - both ambitious little pieces of fox dung. Rawr.

HollyxSol - I think Sol could manipulate her, you know...but I like the pairing anyway.

IcexLion - I think Erin Hunter said that she would have a crush on him or something...I don't know...but I think it's cute! DIE, HEATHERTAIL.

CinderxJay - CINDERHEARTXJAYFEATHER FOREVER! Oh, come on...she's got to be the only cat he doesn't snap at. Kestrelpaw asked him what it was like being blind and he snaps, yet Cinderheart asks him the very same question and he admires her for not treating him differently. They played together with some moss, they swam together...DIE, HALF MOON! Whatever you're called...

HoneyxBerry - I nearly cried when she died. They were so, so cute together...

HeatherxBreeze - I don't really like Heathertail or Breezepelt, but I really like the pairing.

Favourite Sonic Couples:

SonicxSally - I used to like this a lot...now, not so much. Oh well. At least she can defend herself. And she reminds me of SpyroxElora.

SonicxAmy - OK, I actually hated this couple before until I saw a cutscene for Sonic the Hedgehog '06 (which I don't have as I don't own an XBox or Playstation 3). Why? I thought that Amy was one of those fangirls who just follows Sonic around and 'loves' him because he's so heroic and whatever. And she's only about thirteen or something; it's probably one of those little crushes that you get over. I've had them lots of times. ' But anyways, yeah, that's what I thought. And then I saw that cutscene in Sonic the Hedgehog '06 where Amy throws herself in the way when Sonic is about to be killed by Silver and later announces, 'If I had to choose between the world and Sonic, I'd choose Sonic!' And then I realised that she really does care about him - she cares about him so much she'd die for him. But why she didn't hit Elise on the head with her Pika-Pika hammer when she kissed Sonic I have no idea. I hate Elise. She's such a Mary-Sue. She's always screaming and going, 'Oh, Sonic, help me!' and not being bothering to take her shoe off and hit the robots around the head with it. And she's human...at least Amy has a lot of backbone and can defend herself.

SonicxBlaze - I like this Sonic couple as well. Blaze is my favourite Sonic character, so...yeah. ' I think there was a rumour that Sonic and Blaze kissed at the end of Sonic Rush. That would have been interesting. Opposites attract!

TailsxCream - I know that some people think this is cute and that others hate it, but...well, I'm on the 'It's cute!' side. I could imagine Tails taking Cream out to buy an ice-cream and them having a fun day at the fair or something. It wouldn't be serious until they're older, of course, but still, I support it in a fluffy way. DIE, COSMO! She's just a dumb alien plant thingy that looks like Raltz. Ugh. AND WATCH THIS VIDEO! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyGP0IP89ZA&NR=1 How many scenes are there with Tails and Cream together? (Hee-hee...Cream is the real sugar baby! :P)

TailsxMarine - OK, so Marine might be just a little too annoying for Tails, but Tails can build planes and Marine can build ships. In other words, they both enjoy building things. Maybe one day they'll hook up and build a plane/ship thingymaboby...

CharmyxMarine - they're both young, hyper and annoying. Perfect fit. :P

KnucklesxRouge - I totally support this couple! I don't like ShadowxRouge at all! Shadow and Rouge are great as best friends, but the two just don't click. Rouge wouldn't like a cold boring hedgehog - she'd like somebody who she could tease and flirt with...like Knuckles! And I think he likes her back, though he doesn't want to admit it.

ShadowxBlaze - this is my favourite couple ever! I think that they're really cute. They're not too similar and not too different. For instance, they're both anti-social but Blaze is anti-social because she's shy and Shadow is anti-social because he just doesn't like people. Plus their colours go. Spyro and Cynder? Umbreon and Espeon? (Weird, Shadow has golden rings on his gloves and Umbreon has golden rings all over its body and Blaze and Espeon are both the same colour, have a ruby on their forehead and can control fire, with Espeon being a Sun Pokemon and whatnot...) SHADAZE FORVER!

ShadowxTikal - I blame Fury of the Tempest for getting me into this couple. It would probably never happen, with her being dead and Shadow being immortal or something, but she's very gentle so she could remind him of Maria. Heck, I could imagine them raising a Chao together. XD

SilverxBlaze - it was so obvious that the two liked each other in Sonic the Hedgehog '06. I think that they're really cute, too. I haven't got Sonic the Hedgehog '06 or Sonic Rivals, so I don't really know him that well, but hey. Unfortunately that Sega guy who cleared everything up on that Bumbleking forum (or whatever) said that, thanks to Sonic the Hedgehog '06 restarting itself and whatnot, the two have never met - except from possibly both fighting Eggman Nega at one point, though Blaze is far too independent to let Silver do her tasks anyway. Still, I like the 'Silver is Blaze's best friend and was the only one that didn't tease her about her pyrokinetic abilities' theory.

SilverxAmy - I think these two would be a good couple, too. I think they grew quite close when searching for Sonic. Or Amy's just naturally friendly. '

SilverxTikal - I don't know why I like this, but I do. XD Maybe it's something to do with Tikal being from the past and Silver being from the future...

NackxRouge - I don't know why nobody likes this couple. OK, so Nack's really selfish and would probably only love Rouge in a lusty way, but hey.

ChrisxElise - simply because they're both annoying humans that lick Sonic's bum and that nobody really likes. Thus Chris Thorndyke and Princess Elise are the perfect match.

Stories

Spyder - Extremely shabby, I know that, but it's completed now and there's nothing I can do about that, so stop sending me reviews on how rushed and shabby it is because I already know!

Celestial Dragonlords - The only reason I'm keeping that story up is for proof that I wrote the first OC Story. Everybody copies me - 'Oh, send in your OCs and I'll make a story out of them...yadda, yadda, yadda...' Two words: MY IDEA. It's dead and rotting, though I might make another one...

Spyder 2 - Dead and deleted. Sorry, peeps. Might've redone it, if Spyder wasn't so crap...XD

Lucky Star - For those of you who actually like this story (well, 18 reviews for one chapter is my best yet!), I'm rewriting it. Why? Because I really do want to continue this story, but my writing style now wouldn't match the old writing style I used in Lucky Star. I want to leave it up regardless, though, so if I do rewrite it I might have to call it something else, like Falling Star. Two words: POLL TIME!

The Prophecy - Deleted. It was basically just an alternate background for Spyro. In it, his father was Ignitus and his mother Icela. He had a sister called Glacia. His mother's sister was a Shadow Dragon called Asha; she was supposed to be the Guardian of Shadow, but was refused it when she got too powerful. What was going to happen was this - Asha asks to join the Guardians but is refused it. She wanted to steal Ignitus' eggs but was fought off, so she steals another egg, who later becomes Cynder. Spyro then discovers his elements in a long quest, and...heck, I feel like writing it now. :P POLL TIME!

Spyro's Reasons - Finished! Whoop-whoop!

The Rise of Cynder - Alive! Probably not for long, though, since I procrastinate a lot...but I'm writing the next chapter! Omen of the Stars - Yah, I'm probably gonna delete this. Why? The Omen of the Stars prologue is already available on Amazon.com (.com, not .co.uk!). If you search you can read little snippets of the story, too. From what I've seen, Breezepelt wants to kill Jayfeather and Poppyfrost and Berrynose are mates. Ooh.

Fifty Sonic Loves - Lame title, I know. If you can think of anything better please let me know. Basically, I'm going to write fifty oneshots with each oneshot centering around a Sonic couple. I need your ideas for couples and stuff. First chapter is Sonic x Amy. It's my first Sonic the Hedgehog fic, so please read and review!

Upcoming Stories

Dawn of a New Age - I forgot who thought if this title. Thanks, anyway! Yeah, in this I'm going to be telling the story of the archive, if you get what I mean. From good, to bad, to even better. Want to be in it? Check out OC Story Information! Due to be deleted when I get the first chapter up! :D

Falling Star - Possibly the new title for the new version of Lucky Star. Yes, I'm rewriting it...yadda, yadda, yadda...

Shadow Legacy - No, this isn't the title. I called it that because it takes place after Shadow Legacy. The Sorcerer (a red-and-purple dragon that was the main villian of Shadow Legacy; he was defeated but fled and threatened to return, but then the original series ended) has returned with stronger magic than ever and it's up to Spyro and friends to stop him! (Elora is one of his friends, by the way.) Lost interest in it because it's not The Legend of Spyro? Worry not. It will have The Legend of Spyro elements to it. In fact, The Legend of Spyro and A Hero's Tail/Shadow Legacy are really similar. Of course, both main characters are dragons called Spyro (:P) and purple dragons are a rare breed with great things expected from them (yes, a guy called Mr. Funderlic in Shadow Legacy said that purple dragons were special). Both have dark gems, both have a villian that was under the control of a greater villian (Cynder was under the control of The Dark Master, Red was under the control of The Sorcerer), both greater villians are purple dragons...the list is endless!

If Scourge Had Joined ShadowClan... - I had this idea... Well, Erin confirmed that Firestar and Scourge are half-brothers, right? And in the manga Scourge was a kittypet called Tiny who LOVED the forest. He thinks that he'll be thrown in the river thanks to his evil siblings so he flees into the forest...then Tigerpaw comes along and beats the crud out of him and turns him evil...and he flees towards Twolegplace. But what if he hadn't? What if he had joined ShadowClan in revenge? MY IDEA! No stealie. :3

CinderxFire Story - I am currently co-writing an AU Warriors story - about what would happen if Cinderpelt had been a warrior and become Fireheart's mate. If you want to read a good CinderxFire story, read 'A Twist In Time' on my favourite stories - it has got to be my favourite story on Fanfiction ever! It has the same CinderxFire elements in it but the story itself is very different.
