Man in the Glass:

Sometimes in life you may think you're alright and need the king's crown for a day. But for the truth just look in the glass and see what the man has to say. He's the fellow to please, never mind the rest, because he's with you to the end. And you've passed your most dangerous difficult test if the man in the glass is your friend. Some people may think you're a straight shooting chum, and call you a wonderful guy. But the man in the glass says you're only a bum if you can't look him straight in the eye. You may fool the world down the pathway of yours and get pats on the back as you pass. But your final reward will be heartaches and tears if you've cheated the man in the glass.

This was given to me by my father. He was a great man and without a doubt did not cheat the 'Man in the glass'. "Who is the man in the glass?" you ask? The Man in the glass is the entity; the being that lives inside of you. The man in the glass is the guilt you feel; the man in the glass is the anxiety you have.
