Author has written 16 stories for Janet Evanovich, and Lost Boys. I live on the Isle of Skye off the north west coast of Scotland with my husband and two kids, and spend most of my free time reading sci-fantasy, historicals & fanfic, playing PC games or writing. I have a love/hate relationship with the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evenovich and also read, among others, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Bernard Cornwell, Tom Holt, Robert Rankin, Terry Pratchett, Andy McNab, Chris Ryan, and have just discovered Kim Harrison. I also read a lot of erotic fiction and have a thing for slash. Oh and I've just got into Lost Boys fanfic, but I'm trying not to start writing anything, as I already have too much going on. In the JE books I would describe myself a babe, but in fanfic I am a Merry Men tart. Half of the fun is giving the guys characters, as JE usually gives them little more than a name. My own business and family life keeps me pretty busy and I'm not updating as much as I'd like to, but I plan on finishing my fics when I find the time. Update as of the 10/04/2009 (or the 04/10/2009 for those of you in the USA) If something is finished, then that's how it will stay. If it is not finished and unless it's Cake, The Dark Knight or Once Upon a Time, it will not be finished. I've enjoyed writing fanfiction for the past couple of years, but it's time for me to move on and widen my writing horizons. As I state below, I'm currently working on an original version of AFILAW, and I'm also working on a batch of original gay erotic fiction too. So maybe you'll come across my stuff in print in the near future. NOTE: I get a lot of emails about Dark Knight. It will be finished, I promise. Right now I am working on finishing it in full and then editing the hell out of it before posting too much more. It is about to get very complex and I don't want to make a serious plot error or write myself into a corner. Keep the faith, guys. This story will be told in full to the end. All's Fair in Love and War - Novel length fic centering on Ranger's last mission and the events that surround it. High angst abounds as we find out about what happened during Operation Phoenix. Will Ranger ever find love? And will Lester, Bobby and Bailey ever get over the horrors they have endured and be able to find their own happily ever afters? This fic is now complete. I'm not anti Steph, more that I feel that my Ranger in this AU series is a little too dark for her world. You never know, maybe one day the Man in Black will find his hea. There are Three Types of Lies: Lies, Damn Lies & Statistics - The full length follow on to AFILAW. Set six weeks after the end of Ranger's last mission, he receives a call from Winter and finds himself in Ireland with some of his team running from terrorists and the government. With prison breaks, dodgy dealings, double crossing, chaos, heartache and a Mac truck full of my usual angst, Lies will continue on from AFILAW is the same fast paced, blunt style. It's not about Steph at all, and so I know that this fic is a little different to the usual brand of Plum - but hey, I've never fit well into boxes, and I ain't about to start now. If you do chose to read it, please review, as Winter and Danny are serious review whores. Behind Closed Doors - Started out as a one shot slash fic for a friends birthday, now working on chapter 5. I'm a Lester Santos slut in case you hadn't noticed. My mission for 2008: Bring more slash to JE fanfic. 'Oh it's a dirty job, but someone gotta do it' .This fic is on hold at the moment, as my muse wants to go write other stories. The Meeting - Another one shot that took on a life of its own. There seems to be a revolt going on and that not everyone in the Plumverse is happy with the way their lives are being dictated for them. The characters decide to take their fate in their own hands and make some changes. Slowly adding more to this as and when the muse is in the mood. Let Sleeping Tank's Lie - This was a 100 word 1 shot, and now it's not. I had a crazy idea that it was about time Ranger actually shipped someone to a 3rd world country, and this fic is what happens when he does that. Very silly and on about the same level, humour - wise as The Meeting. Oh hold until Cake is done Can You Have Your Cake & Eat It? - My first go at writing a story in Steph POV and my first serious attempt at fluff, - which lasted for about 9 chapters. It's now gone to hell in a hand basket and gone all dark and angsty. This fic is one of the ones I'm currently working on. The Dark Knight - It's a little short fic (or so I thought) about what happened when Ranger never joined the army or changed his ways after he got out of juvie. Steph meets up with Ranger after he missed his court date and all is not as it seems in the AU fic. It's a little walk on the dark side. Should be no longer than a few chapters (yeah, right. Damn my sneaky muse for coming up with a stellar plot idea) and I'm hoping to get it out of my system and get it finished pretty quickly. I'm also writing my own novel; it's a rewrite of AFILAW without the fanfic elements or any of JE's characters. It's sort of the same story, but it isn't. After I pulled out the fanfic elements I had to make a lot of changes and create a lot of new characters, and the plot morphed itself into something slightly different from the original. Still written in the same style, but with some werewolves and vampires thrown into the mix to make everyone's life really interesting.
