--MOUNT OLYMPUS NEWS--

This is AphroditetheBeautiful's new Updates section of my profile, so that when you visit my profile page you'll see the current updates of what I'm doing on here, so you guys can keep up of course. I'll try to update as often as possible; it all depends on the access I have to computers and high speed, owing to how my mother has not yet bought her own, and depending on if I don't screw up the computer for the one millionth, five hundred and thirty thousandth and second time...>:3))

Hey you guys. Sorry I haven't updated lately. I've had a change of mind concerning my Lacrymosa fan fiction. I have decided to delete it, but only temporarily. It will be undergoing some changes but nothing too severe, for the relief of you all. I have decided to change the plot - to some degree. I've spent the last year reviewing my literary conduct with this particular story, and now that my skills have been amplified by a variety of ideas and styles introduced to me in the mental travel of reading different books, I want to put them to an agreeable use with Lacrymosa. Please do not be disappointed. There will still be EdxWin.

Thanx

ABOUT ME

My name is Allison, and I am now officially done with high school-->_> thank GOD... I will be going to Tri-C in the fall, and after two years will transfer to Hiram College here at home to major in creative writing. ;) I have a real talent for drawing, and I also like to write a lot; often times I believe that I write better than I draw, but since my writing has hardly had eyes lay upon it to scrutinize and develop opinion, which ability is the best many would beg to differ on. However, since I was younger, say, in 6th grade, I had a fancy for
Zelda fan fictions, and I wrote a few of my own, mostly in composition notebooks that surprisingly, I still have downstairs in my own personal cabinet. O.o . I write a lot, and I've stuck my nose in a dictionary and read every page before, so you can call me a complete nerd. I'm actually in the very, VERY slow process of trying to go back and redo a whole book I had written a couple years ago; the style of Austen's Pride and Prejudice, and the concept and parts of the plot alone inspired me to do a whole fix, for within the frame of my work there lies a heated romance involving two stubborn, irrepressible and independent-minded adolescents like myself, in realistic medieval times (there comes a time when dungeons and dragons and fairy tales get too old and are exaggerated...>_>) As you may not guess, even though you can't exactly blame it wholly on puberty and raging hormones, there is a considerable deal of sex, for you tongue-waggers out there (XD), and it works around this single boy, who's 17, is left by his absent father (eventually killed in chivalrous battle, of course) to, fearfully, fight for his country, leading his armies himself, until there is but one bone and one drop of blood left--and, he eventually falls for the girl who, like every other arrange for him, he first refused, but finds he will one day call his wife...They're duplicates of Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy, if you know well the romance taking place in Pride and Prejudice, but that is to say on a more violent scale, since they are not yet tame enough to be called adults. You can imagine what I mean. lol Most of my inspiration for that is birthed from movies such as Lord of the Rings, and as far as humor, some may stem from Pirates of the Caribbean, but I don't playgerise...Harry Potter, the most recent being Half-Blood Prince due out July 15, 2009, inspires my acquired skill for darkening the darkness of medieval times, and working with its description on account of an acquired style of writing close to Austen's. (And you may have noticed by now that my eloquence has since last time improved, also inspired by Austen's vernacular. So I am now of "austentaciousness" when ever I write, even for ideas. Within all the books, three to make a trilogy, there is more blood and gore--and sex, lol--than you would expect, with powerful peeps of Christian religion here and there. As far as the religious parts go, I have an excellent and expressive tendency to mix the religion with my own philosophical opinions and takes on the meditations and reflections of a human mind during a particular instance, for IN that instance, I feel as if I am the character I am writing for, and thoughts that would rush through his head will rush through mine, and I write them down. Then here you have this amazing story--I hope.

If you have any questions, just PM me. As far as the rest of my personality goes, here is all you need to know:

Favorite Anime: Fullmetal Alchemist

Addicted to: anything that's a Hershey product and that's mainly chocolate (lol)

Favorite movie: there's a ton of Disney movies; 300, Transformers 1/2, Pride and Prejudice (2005), Tokyo Drift, Titanic, Fullmetal Alchemist: Conqueror of Shamballa...etc

What I can't live without: internet, Zelda, FMA, chocolate, Mountain Dew, my iPod, and basic needs both typical and particularly feminine (>_>)

Favorite past time: snoozing, playing Zelda or on the computer downloading songs and reading fan fics ;) , writing down ideas and creating story chapters, develping new ideas, listening to my iPod

Favorite tv show: Family Guy, King of the Hill, Robot Chicken (I love the "Shoe" episode)

Greatest fears: death, tarantulas (shudder shudder)

Favorite band: Evanescence (a former friend got me into it...)

Favorite pairings: EdxWinry, LinkxZelda (Ocarina of Time), LinkxIlia (Twilight Princess)

Most intelligible quote as of right now (dot dot dot): "Sarcasm is a certain intelligence, wit--an intelligence and knowledge--acquired by attentions bestowed to one's everyday environment--defrientiating (sp) from the knowledge of right an wrong, and awareness of those favored for stupidity by nature--all of which is gathered to create a particular vivacity of character. However, it is the greatest tool for a mind to have at hand for purposes of triumph over drag-downs and discrimination, and to remove all doubt to the affirmative if one is thought to be a fool."

Soooooooooooooooooo...:3))

But, anyway, keep looking for upcoming attractions for Fullmetal Alchemist and Twilight Princess fan fiction from me. Read, enjoy and review (but no assholes flaming it. If you can't appreciate it, then don't fucking read it anymore). I'm always happy when someone gives me a good review; it's what gives me encouragement to write more and keep my readers happy. Kisses and odes of blessings...

Love, AphroditetheBeautiful :3...my munching face
