Author has written 3 stories for Twilight. Name: Lizzie Age: 15 IMPORTANT STUFF: To say Breaking Dawn was a disappointment to me would be a major understatement. It completely changed how I felt about the Twilight universe, and I don't think I can ever go back to how I felt before. The magic of the writing, everything I thought about the characters, it's gone now. I used to love Alice, but Breaking Dawn seemed so backwards for her. Instead of developing she seemed to recede, becoming the backgroung OCD shopper that the cliches painted her as. Everything was like this, and for me making it through the book was difficult in itself. I'm sorry to say, my stories will probably remain unfinished. I've stopped reading other fanfiction as well, and basically have completely withdrawn from my fandom. So bye guys, it was a lot of fun. I have great memories of this fandom and have made some amazing friends, and I'll still be hanging out at TWILIGHTDOM like always. I'd rather you read and reviewed my stories. But if you're so determined to know about me, by all means read on. The Basics--I'm Lizzie/prettypinkbookworm/prink, I'm fourteen, and I like to read and write fanfics. I'm thinking about writing some for Twilight, Maximum Ride, Midnighters, and Harry Potter, but we all know I don't have the time to do any of that. I'd love it if you read and reviewed my stories, and I want to hear your imput! I'm fine with constructive criticism. Right now I'm working on a story for Twilight about Alice's life, from her days in Biloxi, MS, to meeting Carlisle and getting married. It's my first fanfiction, and I have a special fondness for it, so I tend to update it more frequently than the others. I also have a story called "Deleted Scenes of Twilight". Basically it's just funny moments from the books that I think up when I get bored in class. If you have any ideas, feel free to PM me. My other story is "A Different Perspective," and to be honest I'm not supposed to be writing it (I expect my friends will be angry when they learn I started a new story instead of updating). It's more serious oneshots about scenes in the books or mentioned from a different point of view. Most of the chapters will be short, but that's just the way it is. I've also got some parodies in Attack of the Cliches and Bad Fanfiction, both great fics for those in need of a laugh. Other things: I'm freakishly obsessed with Twilight (but who isn't) I try to grammar and spell check my stories but if there's a mistake just tell me. I play piano and I love it. My friends say I'm good, but I guess that depends on your point of view, and right now I'm learning Bach's inventions amoungst other things. I just started learning Clair De Lune, which is hard for me but I love it! I love music and will listen to nearly anything except rap and mindless screaming. I like Panic/Panic! At the Disco, Evanescence, Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Gatsbys American Dream, Johnny Cash, Rolling Stones, Acceptance, Relient K, Bach, Vivaldi, Tchaikowsky (I can never spell his name right) a little of the Decemberists and Family Force Five, and lots moe. I like tumbling! Cartwheels, backhandsprings, tucks, you name it!! Sometimes I'll just randomly do a cartwheel as I'm walking. Weird, eh? I spend WAY to much time online. I try to make my stories as accurate as possible. I won't twist the characters personalities to much (except for a little comedy, because what's the point of a funny story without a little bit ooc-ishness), and most things I write I research. For example, in my story "Alice" her dad's job is a real place (there was a cannery in Biloxi, MS in the early 1900's that employed a large portion of the town), the mental asylum and its location are real, and almost everything else I could check I make accurate. If I make a mistake (as in cell phones in the early 1900's) let me know. I also like to argue my point a lot and can get freakishly obsessed about little things. I've gotten like five friends hooked on ff.net and they'll probably be PMing me now every dang minute telling me to update...They're awesome though, and if you go to their pages most of them have mini-advertisements for my stories. You'll know them when you see them. By the way, you guys rock! If you ever start a story, you should get friends to read it. Because friends HAVE to leave reviews, and HAVE to be honest. And friends bother you to update. Which may not seem like a good thing. But in the long run, it is. Okay, I'm done. Now go read and review! | |||||||
