I'm also a little behind on the fanfiction, (been dormant for much too long!) but I'm making up for it (slowly) and there's a lot to know about!

(Ayashi no Ceres) A Daughter of Air --> Chapter 1: 'Firebird'

It was started in December of '08, but I was so embarrassed by my first dodgey (and lacklustre) effort that it was a while before I truly touched it.

The 1st chapter is 6 pages (about 2200 words) in Word and not yet completed.

(Naruto) The Halloween Series

Basically, I had this crazy idea I could post FIVE stories (each of them one-shots) on Halloween, working on them in the week or so beforehand. This didn't eventuate and I've made a promise that I shall never again post something that doesn't carry in it some serious thought. The longest are about 4 pages on Word and I work on them at my own pace (as everything I do). I won't reveal too much because it's been a lot of fun to work on them!

Four Seasons (Naruto) - General - Naruto x Hinata
Naruto is trained in the ways of the Toad-Sage, years after the death of his mentor, Jiraiya. In a quest of vengeance he goes out to seek Pain, while a friend waits for the battles to end. What follows is not an account of triumph, but of the Leaf's slow fall and one woman's waning faith in the ninja way. Like the seasons, she hopes, the time of bloodshed will pass.

Timeless (Naruto) - Spiritual/Romance - Neji x Tenten
We are taught that Time is endless, a realm beyond which our bodies can endure. We grow up believing we may waste as much as we feel and we die, wishing we hadn't. The Gautama taught a way out of suffering; to end what is the unending cycle of Time's decay. When we eliminate dependence, we can then eliminate the ability to suffer. Neji's journey through the 21st century into adulthood, Tenten's also, is a culmination of all this. What life they had lived long before and the old hurts that endure...

Sasuke's Return (Naruto) - General - Sasuke x Hinata
Uchiha Sasuke is returned safe to the Leaf Village, under pretense of re-alliance. What the other nin don't know is that the heir has questions; things only Konoha's elders - and the Elite - can answer to. His plans are slowed, when the Fifth decrees that he be re-trained in the way of the shinobi. To do this, he must endure 3 months each in the care of the teams of the Konoha 12. His final task: to go with Team 8 to the Grass Country. It is there, with Kiba, his dog Akamaru, Shino and Hinata that Sasuke must face ignorant villagers and what they call the 'Magic Plants'.
