FAO of readers of 'The Diary of Angelina Johnson' - I've deleted this story because looking at it, my writing style was terrible and I really don't like where the story went. It didn't fit with the plan in my head and I just wasn't at all happy with it. Sorry. I really did appreciate all the reviews it got though.
I'm really crummy at what to say on these things so I don't think I'll put very much. Just some key things to know about me:
- I'm 17 and live in the middle on England (think Shakespeare's county)
- I'm a huge fan of Strictly Come Dancing (For you Americans, you know it as DWTS - SCD is the original). No seriously I love it. I went to see it live and I'm going to see it on tour. Plus I have a number of the dances on my iPod. I love it.
- I'm currently broke
- I'm a huge LOST fan and I ship Sawyer/Kate in it and always have
- I adore James/Lily and Fred/Angie - my favourite ships. I will read pretty much any fanfiction on them - except immesnsely OOC stuff. There isn't enough F/A fanfics out there, so I'm always looking for more
- I believe that canon is what is printed in the books, not what JK Rowling says after all the books are finished. I was disappointed with two revelations she made after the 7th book - that Luna and Neville don't end up together, and that George marries Angelina. Don't bother telling me the latter is canon, because I believe it is not. Canon is what is in the books and there was no mention of that ship in the books. So don't tell me George and Angie end up together because for me, they do not
- I am permenantly glued to my iPod and I love it to pieces. Seriously, I listen to it all the time (like right now)
- I don't have facebook but I will get it...eventually
- I'm one of those people who can get attatched to ships very quickly and drop them very fast (for example, I have now moved on from Owen/Tosh ish and I've regained my love of Skate)
- I'm currently studying for my A-Levels - Philosophy, Psychology and English Language (I've dropped Politics since it was killing me)
- I tend to have conversations with myself in my head
- I am a Tennant-aholic. David Tennant is just love. And he's currently in Stratford! Woo!
- I'm hooked on Big Brother at the moment - Rex FTW!
Stories:
Sorry - This was a piece of English homework I did where we had free reign. It came to be the night before it was due in and it turned out just how I wanted it to.
Nothing more than a fairytale - This is something I started randomly before I went on holiday when I was playing around with a few ideas. I really wasn't happy with how it turned out though. Maybe I'll come back to it.
I Do - A oneshot I wrote late on a Saturday night - being a huge Fred/Angie fan, I of course had to write their wedding.
The Holiday - I love the movie, and have rented it from Blockbuster way too many times. So I figured I should try and turn it into a piece of HP fanfiction.
Destined To Be - This is a new one that I've just started. I wrote it kind of as a replacement to TDAJ, and it will focus on all six of the group, rather than just Angelina. Be warned that it does contain some darker issues like Abuse and Alcoholism (oh and just because Lee smokes in it doesn't mean I promote smoking - I hate it).
Gone Midnight - Part of my Valentine's Day challenge. I've been dying to write something Owen/Tosh for the past couple of weeks and then I got this idea.
Five Minutes To Midnight - Part of my Valentine's Day Challenge. I wanted to give Fred and Angie a bit of a different Valentine's Day since I imagine them as a couple with everything not going right. Not my best piece of writing, but I quite like it and I've had the idea for a while. Oh and any Torchwood people out there - there's a little crossover in it (If one of the Torchwood characters was magical)
Snowed In - This was a rather random idea that popped into my head when I was flicking through some photos I took when it snowed. This fic looks more at the team themselves and who they are as people, rather than their alien tech and all the aliens though go out and fight. I guess it's looking at the actual people who are saving the world - FINISHED (2/03) - OVER 100 REVIEWS! - sequel now up.
Just A Few Words - A little drabble on the scene where Owen is holding The Pulse. It's what was going through Tosh's head when he talks to her. It was one of my favourite scenes and so I couldn't resist writing something on it.
24 Hours - It's always Ianto getting kidnapped so I wanted to try with it being someone else. I'm a bit stuck on this story but I shall update it eventually- THIS HAS NOW BEEN WRITTEN UNDER THE TITLE 'TAKEN'
Happily Ever After? - I'm putting this story on hiatus for two reasons. Firstly I've lost my interest in TW so I'm finding it hard to write. Secondly after re-watching Owen and Tosh's deaths today, I realised how perfect (albeit tragic) their relationship was. I wasn't really happy with the direction of the fic and now looking back, I really don't like where Owen and Tosh are in their relationship. I may attempt a re-write or a continuation in the future, but for now I'm leaving it.
