I was a Harry/Ginny shipper since shortly after book 5. It wasn't overly passionate or anything, I just wanted Harry to genuinely be a part of the Weasley family.

Oddly I like Harry/Tonks because I find it a good age match. Harry is usually too mature and Tonks is immature. Not that I expected it to happen in the books I just like it in fanfic.

Dislike: Slash, Anyone else is Harry's father, Harry/Hermione, Draco/anyone, Snape/anyone, Severitus - But I will read them if they are exceptionally well done.

Goals with unexpected: At least 75 chapters. As of chapter 20 I have 21 major points I want to hit before Harry turns 17. I also plan for the story to go into the next year. There are also the fluff/banter/connecting chapters not included in the 21.

Feel free to hate me for not updating, when they said my year of pharmacy was the hardest, they weren't kidding. At points I have barely had time to eat, let alone write a story. Ok so I have 2 finals in the next 2 weeks after that I am on Christmas break and if my muse visits, I will post a ton. I will also use some exerts from Tales of Beetle the Bard, once my copy comes.

I know I am not updating right now and I can't say it will get better right away. I am in finals and then I am going on a class trip to a different country so I won't be updating before Christmas.

I have to ask though, how are people finding this story. Even though I haven't updated in months, I suddenly have over a dozen story alerts in the last 24 hours. Thats more that I have had in weeks so what is going on?
