Author has written 18 stories for Numb3rs. It's the odd couple! Or, at least, it's the oddest couple of writers who ever teamed up:-D Amy D came to me for technical advice on a story, we ended up writing together. Along the way, I'm doing my best to get Amy over her aversion to physical, traumatizing mayhem on characters (she won't even allow me to maim or kill Red-Shirted Original Characters!) but I suspect she's going to stand firm on that issue. In the mean time, I'm also trying to get her to understand the importance of Point of View and how to show a story, not just tell it. She's getting the hang of that, slowly. g ~Suisan Suisan is a lovely, patient person who has not a problem telling me that I am showing not telling. She is not the first person to tell me that however. ;-) While Suisan is trying to get me over my aversion to maiming and killing characters, I am working on getting her to NOT maim and kill everyone in the story. She might, she might not. G Who knows? We are having a blast and that's all that really matters though, I think. ~Amy PS - Amy will never get me to stop maiming ... but I'll cut back to every 8th or 9th person. Just for her. ;-) PS - I know I will never get Suisan to stop maiming everyone but I can work with every 8th or 9th person. ;-) PPS - People have asked, "Are you really two different people?" The answer is - YES. Now I will admit, sometimes those two (seperate) people are of one mind, which is kinda scary, and when we mentally mesh we're really twisted and really evil ... hence the occassional nickname of Twisted Evilettes.
