Author has written 33 stories for Raccoons, Simpsons, Misc. Cartoons, Dilbert, and Hanna-Barbera. Hey, I'm raccoonqueen, and I'm the ringleader of all my fanfics you read today! It may be hard to believe, but I'm an American who appreciates Canadian television. My first experience with Canada started with Degrassi Junior High (or, as they call it on the N, "Degrassi, Old School"). I never saw the real side of the Great White North until I found out about The Raccoons. Once I saw the episodes on YouTube, I began to fall in love with the series over and over and over again! And ever since that day, I've been going all over the internet looking for ways to satisfy my craving for The Raccoons. First, I signed up on YouTube that had Raccoons videos and got new friends who uploaded them. Next, I found a fansite dedicated to the cartoon. And then--guess what? I'm in here, writing what your eyes are seeing right now. Now that you've read the story of my obsession for The Raccoons, I think it's time you knew about me. Here are some starters: 1. I'M VERY CREATIVE. Sometimes I get some great ideas from episodes of The Raccoons and some from fanfiction in this site as well. And sometimes, I get ideas from the movies and cartoons I watch. Even some of the biggest ideas come from today's headlines! Being off the computer for a long amount of time causes me to lose the ideas I put in my head, so just in case I write them all in my notebook with reminders so I won't get lost in the middle of typing a chapter. 2. I'M A REAL NIGHT OWL. Almost most of the time I stay up late trying to finish a chapter or two on any of my stories. Whenever I'm at a house where I'm told not to stay on for long, I just finish a chapter, come back tomorrow, and then start again. 3. OLD SCHOOL RULES. Not even Spongebob or his undersea chums could outdo the whimsical hijinks of that peanut butter-loving buddy, Bert Raccoon. Naturally, I LOVE cartoons and TV shows from the 80s. Why? I was born in the 80s, of course! It was an era of good clean fun, and no rotten explicity of the modern hip-hop music could break its spell. Speaking of which, I hate today's rap music--what happened to the good old days of breakdancing and radical beats? What happened to the sweet sounds of Grandmaster Flash & the Furious Five, Duran Duran, Cyndi Lauper, Thompson Twins, and...well, you'll get the idea. 4. FOOD. The author's secret weapon. I never write or add a new chapter on an empty stomach. Well, now that you have a chance to get to know me full well, I need to tell you one more thing. I hadn't gotten any more reviews on my other stories yet, so read, tell me what you think, and we'll get along just fine! THE NEWS TODAY: I've finally updated my picture! It's a picture I made of Luna Charbonneau, the main character in all of my "PowerPaws" fanfics featuring her. She first debuted in "PowerPaws 3: The Mommy of All Battles", and has been the star of my show ever since I created her. Here's some info about Luna, just in case you haven't heard of her... LUNA CHARBONNEAU Age: 18 (her current age in "PowerPaws 4: Luna's Great Adventure", changes as the series goes along) Birthdate: November 22, 3009 From: Pleasant Hills, a suburb in Washington DC, the United States of Canerica (USC) Description: a feline head, with a small triangular black nose, bent ears, thin whiskers, light-green fur (with brown patches covering every part of her body except the paws and the tail), yellow eyes, metal legs and feet, black paws (with five fingers), bent ears, and a lovely black-and-brown striped tail, wears a light-blue dress skirt and light-brown moccasins Bio: Luna is the oldest daughter of Jennifer "PowerPaws" Elwood and Jean-Baptise "Pomp" Charbonneau. Conceived in a rocket built by Ralph and Melissa (and again in Jennifer's body), she possesses the characteristics and personalities of the sources of her DNA--alien, hillbilly, cow, robot, and cat. She also has the combined personalities of her parents--like her father, she is mild-mannered, free-spirited, and courteous, while like her mother she has a penchant for excitement and adventure. Luna grew up in a large family, consisting of her parents, an aunt, two pairs of grandparents, the donors of her genetic material, five brothers, two sisters, a passel of half-siblings (through Jethro and Ellie-Mae Bunker), and Peanut, her beloved pet coati. Although she already has a great deal of advanced intelligence, Luna still hangs around at her school, Kevin Gillis High. Her friends include the Pleasant Hills Gang, a detective agency (with her as the leader) which consists of the daughters of her father's friends--Kitty Carson, Jane Bridger, Tina Fitzpatrick, Hannah Glass, the Sublette sisters (Molly and Polly), Josephine Walker, and Jemima "Jem" Beckwourth. When they're not solving mysteries together, they are seen moonlighting as a pop-rock band called DOT (Daughters of Trappers). Being the daughter of a famous mountain man herself, Luna loves to relive the grandeur of the wilderness by riding with her dad to the Yellowstone National Park at least two times a year, to see the landmark that was named for him (Pompey's Pillar). Like her father, she is competent in all the languages that he had taught her--French, German, Italian, and Spanish. From her paternal grandfather, Toussaint Charbonneau, she learned French and Michif (the language of the Métis, people of mixed French and Indian ancestry), and from her paternal grandmother, Sacajawea, she learned Hidatsa and Mandan, along with other Native American tongues. As the firstborn child, Luna always prides herself as the leader and protector of her younger siblings, especially little Rosemary Bunker. She has a kind heart, and she never intends to harm any kind of animal or bird--and being half-bovine, she also eats a wide variety of plants and vegetables, and that makes her a herbivore (or, as she so describes herself, a "born vegetarian"). Luna is twice as active as her father was in his day--she's a brilliant runner, a great swimmer, and she excels in all sports. She has an exceptional talent in playing a guitar--she loves to sing and writes songs for her to sing, too (her favorite songs include the theme songs of all the classic TV shows!). Everybody in Canerica loves her, as do the rest of the world and the galaxy. And no matter how tough the situations are, Luna is there to prove that friendship and love is more important than your background! And that's all the information I can give you about my character.
