Important: For those of you who are interested in the Yes, Minister or Yes, Prime Minister series here is thelink of the livejournal

Greetings everyone! My name is Daniela and I've been writing Fanfiction for some years now, enough to know that this is just for fun.

Dickens, Rowling, Victor Hugo, Shakespeare, Cervantes and Garcia Marquez are amongst my favourite authors. Yes, Minister, Fawlty Towers, Once Upon a Time, Downton Abbey, Sherlock, Modern Family and Big Bang Theory are my favourite series and I have an unhealthy obsession with Stieg Larsson's books. Lisbeth why are you awesome?

Why do I write/read fanfiction? - For me Fanfiction has to do with the love we bear for the characters and for a story. For how we interpret them. For what we want for them. And Fanfiction is a way of showing that love and those interpretations and those desires.Unfortunately I am cursed. I usually love the complex characters. The antagonists. The anti-heroes. Those who are not good, but they are not evil either. They are humans. With weakness and strengths. With flaws and virtues. I love characters who aren't black or white. They're grey. And I like those kind of characters because they are the most real characters. As I usually say: Harry Potter or Frodo Baggins wouldn't exist. Severus Snape would. Javert, Claude Frollo, House, Bruce Wayne, would. They are the human characters because, let's face it, there are no perfect people. No one is completely good or evil. No one is completely black or white. People are, actually, grey and that is how I portray my characters that is how I like to see characters written.

About the stories: I enjoy reading many kinds of Fanfiction, I am not one to read only romance or drama kind of fics. I appreciate stories that are well written and writers capable of making the characters and the plot plausible even if it's not cannon. I also think that Fanfiction is Fanfiction, so it's suppose to be an alternative to the real story. If I wanted cannon I d'read or watch the original story
