I love music and can't function without background noise so there's always music going when I'm writing or reading. It's odd but it helps my focus. Been that way since I was a kid and it hasn't stopped. I love to read and write, which should be obvious. Fanfictions are my favorite because you can play in a "world" that you adore and even if you mess it up, you know it's okay because that "world" will be in tact despite anything that you've written. Hopefully I'll have a ton of stories on here because it feels like I have another story to tell. One that's stuck in my head and waiting to be written. If I can't get it out, I feel like I'm going nuts, which is why I write. I feel like I've already started on that so I feel like a real author. Now if only I could write original works of fiction so I could get paid for my obsession with writing, right?

Oh, a friendly suggestion to you readers from a writer. Please, if you read my stories, can you leave a review? It doesn't have to be long and involved. Just a 'I read your story and it was okay' or 'good' or whatever. I'd appreciate it. I get excited when I get a review. It's amazing to hear what people think of my writing. I know that when something strikes my fancy, I try to leave a review so if you like what I'm doing, encouragement is appreciated. It makes a writer feel good to know people are paying attention and like their work. Plus it feeds my muse which keeps me writing. I think that you should always do that for any writer. Reviews make us feel like we're doing something right or at least that our writing is worth it. Let us know that you don't want us to stop. Let us know that our stories are good and that we should keep writing them. Don't be afraid to tell us what we could do to make things better too.

In case you couldn't tell, I'm a big fan of the show Supernatural. You'll notice that most of my writing comes from that show. I hope to have a series written in that universe but even if I don't, I want to keep writing. I've been dabbling in other 'genres' as well, which is fun. Some are old fics that I hadn't looked at in forever and figured I'd toss them out there for people to peruse should they wish to do so. The old stuff might show its "age" because my writing style has changed since then (and some of those stories are old) but I think they're pretty good and I did some tweaking to bring them "up to speed" with my writing style now but it doesn't feel the same. You'll notice that I've started to play in the Twilight universe. I've enjoyed the books but my stories are more from the movies than the books. I hope you'll read and enjoy those as well! Also I've started to dabble in the Falling Skies universe as well as in the Marvel Universe with my Avengers stories. I have added The Hunger Games to my stories as well which is hopefully decent. I hope anything I write is at least halfway decent.

For those readers that have read my Supernatural fic and are curious about what Emerson looks like, I've "casted" her. While not perfect, I think the actress I've picked is close to what I imagined Emerson to look like because I started writing without the image and then tried to go back to pick someone who fit which was difficult. I think that Emma Stone is a good fit. She's pretty but not drop dead gorgeous although she clearly could be. She's young and seems very vibrant which is important so she's my Emerson. So if you're wondering, in my head, Emerson Weir looks like Emma Stone.

MY SUPERNATURAL SERIES

I figured that I'd give a little info on it here and post the order of the stories so you can read them in order should you find yourself stumbling upon my work. The basic premise is that it's an AU off-shoot of the TV series. I've started from the season one episode "Home" so all the things that transpired after that have not occurred. I may or may not use some of the things we've learned over the course of show but I might take this completely on its own course. Now, Sam and Dean meet up with a girl, Emerson Weir, who might have a connection to one of the boys. What is that connection? Can't say. It would ruin the surprise but I do know what it is. Will she wind up on the road with them? Yes, eventually (and we're getting to that), although I've tried to be good about carrying all of this out over the course of a few stories instead of it all happening at once. It should be obvious who she'll end up with as well but even that will have its own twists and turns along the way (and we're still working our way up to it). Who is Emerson? I'm thinking of working up a broad and basic bio on her, however I like to think that over the course of the series you'll get to know her and get to find out who she is and where she came from and how she fits into the world of Supernatural because the last thing I want is for her to stick out like a sore thumb and ruin everything. I'll update this section now and then to keep up with the new stories and to add bits or answer questions about my series or my OFC.

My Supernatural Writing Playlist
This playlist is so long that I don't think I could post it all. The music is actually a bit diverse as well and always fun to listen to just for fun in my opinion! Suffice it to say that anything that you've heard on Supernatural is on this playlist. There's a lot of AC/DC, REO Speedwagon, Journey, Metallica, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi and Bad Company but there's also stuff by Avril Lavigne, Kelly Clarkson, Linkin Park, Bruno Mars, Colbie Caillat and others. It's a crazy mix of songs that reflect both the show, its characters and the OFC in the stories. It's fun to listen to whenever I'm writing and it usually gets me in the right mood to write for these characters.

Twilight Universe

My hope is to get this all in with one story but there might be more if the mood strikes me to continue beyond this story. I figured a little explanation would be good though. The stories take place after Eclipse but it takes the ending for the battle between the newborn army and the Cullens and Wolf Pack on a different course. In this version, Rosalie Hale has died, leaving Emmett Cullen alone. While I don't cover the grieving process as of yet, he does take some time to grieve but soon, after the Cullens move from Forks to Seattle, he meets a girl, Marley Bradford, who might be someone special to him. Of course this will take some twists and turns but ultimately I hope it winds up in a good place. It's been fun to write so far so I hope you all enjoy it. As I have with my Supernatural fic, I casted Marley. It took some work but I found a face that fits with what I had in my head. So I've casted Shailene Woodley as Marley Bradford.

My Twilight Playlist
Another playlist that is longer than I can probably post but another one that's fun to listen to and that really reflects Twilight as well as the OFC in the story. Things are always been added and removed from this playlist actually. It's the most fluid of all of the writing playlists that I have and it changes often. So we have everything from Muse and other artists that you can find on the movie soundtracks (as well as Stephenie Meyer's writing playlist for the books) as well as things like Alanis Morrisette, Katy Perry, Bryan Adams and others.

Marvel Universe
Since I figure I should let you guys know the chronological order of the stories in relation to the movies and each other, here it goes. Something's Gotta Give should be seen as happening after Marvel's The Avengers movie. It should follow the movies up to that point but any of the upcoming sequels will not play into what I'm writing. For those of you who were curious, I casted Alyssa Harper (aka Aly). She looks like Ashley Benson, for those of you who wanted to know the face that goes with the character. The stories will follow Aly and Steve as their relationship grows and evolves and you'll find that others, such as Tony Stark and Thor, may pop in at various points although Steve Rogers is the main character. It's been fun to write so far and seems to be my most popular story thus far. The sequel, A Home for My Heart, is now up on the site as well.
