Hey, I'm Tracy. I'm from Wisconsin where it's cold and snowy sometimes well into spring and I want to live somewhere warmer (California or bust, baby!) but I love my Midwestern 'roots'.

I love music and can't function without background noise so there's always music going when I'm writing or even reading. It's odd but it helps my focus. (And sometimes certain stories come with play lists that help me write.) Been that way since I was a kid and it hasn't stopped yet. I love to read and write which should be obvious. Fanfictions are my favorite because you can play in a 'world' that you adore and even if you mess it up, you know it's okay because that 'world' is still in tact despite your writings. Hopefully I'll have a ton of stories on here before long and I'll make lots of new friends. I feel like I've already started on that so I feel like a real author now. Now if only I could write original works of fiction so I could get paid for my obsession with writing, right?

Oh and just a friendly suggestion. Please, please, please, if you read my stories, can you leave me a little review? It doesn't have to be anything long and involved. Just a 'I read your story and it was okay' or 'good' or whatever. I'd appreciate it. Really, I would. I squee when I get a review. It's exciting to hear what people think of my writing. I know that when something strikes my fancy, I try to leave a review so if you like what I'm doing, encouragement is appreciated. It makes a writer feel good to know people are paying attention and like their work. Plus it feeds my muse which keeps me writing.

In case you couldn't tell, I'm a big fan of the show Supernatural so you'll notice that most of my stuff comes from that show. I've been dabbling a bit lately in other 'genres' as well. Some of it is just old fics that I hadn't looked at in forever and figured I'd toss them out there for people to peruse should they wish to do so. And the old stuff might actually show its 'age' because I think my writing style has changed a bit since then (and some of those stories are quite old) but I think they're pretty good and I did some tweaking to them to kind of bring them 'up to speed' with my writing style now but it still doesn't feel the same. You'll also notice that I've started to play in the Twilight universe as well. I've enjoyed the books but my stories are more from the movie than the books. I hope you'll read and enjoy those as well! Also I've started to dabble in the Falling Skies universe for the first time. Hope anything I write is at least halfway decent. Anyway, I'm rambling which I do if you let me talk for too long.

For those readers that have read my Supernatural fic, Unfinished Business, and are curious about what Emerson looks like, I've 'casted' her and have some images. Actually I have more images but this is a sampling to give you some idea anyway on who she is. While perhaps not perfect, I think the actress I've picked is incredibly close to what I originally imagined Emerson to look like because I started writing without the image and then tried to go back to pick someone who fit which was difficult and is something I'd never do again. But I think that Emma Stone is a good fit. She's pretty but not drop dead gorgeous although she clearly could be. She's young and seems like she's very vibrant which is important so she's my Emerson.

MY SUPERNATURAL SERIES

I figured that I'd give a little info on it here and also post the order of the stories so you can read them in order should you find yourself just now stumbling upon my work. The basic premise is that it's an AU off-shoot of the TV series. I've started from the season one episode "Home" so all the things that transpired after that have not occurred. I may or may not use some of the things we've learned over the course of show so far but I might take this completely on its own course as well. Now, Sam and Dean meet up with a girl, Emerson Weir, who might have a connection to one of the boys. What is that connection? Can't say. It would ruin the surprise but I do know what the connection is. Will she wind up on the road with them? Yes, eventually (and we're getting to that point soon), although I've tried to be good about carrying all of this out over the course of a few stories instead of it all happening at once. Will she hookup with one of the boys? Yes, and it should be obvious who but even that will have its own twists and turns along the way (and we're still working our way up to it since I don't want it all happening in one story!). Who is Emerson? I'm thinking of working up a broad and basic bio on her, maybe making a web page for her to let you all know who she is and where she came from, however I like to think that over the course of the series you'll get to know her and get to find out who she is and where she came from and how she fits into the world of Supernatural because the last thing I want is for her to stick out like a sore thumb and ruin everything. I'll update this section now and then to keep up with the new stories and to add bits or even answer any questions about my series or my OFC.

So my hope is to get this all in with one story but there might be more if the mood strikes me to continue beyond this initial story. In fact, I'm already thinking of breaking this up into more than one story. So I've started to play in the Twilight universe and I figured a little explanation would be good. The stories take place after Eclipse but it takes the ending for the battle between the newborn army and the Cullens and Wolf Pack on a different course. In this version, Rosalie Hale has died, leaving Emmett Cullen alone. While I don't cover the actual grieving process as of yet, he does take some time to grieve but soon, after the Cullens move from Forks to Seattle, he meets a girl, Marley Bradford, who just might be someone special to him. Of course this will take some twists and turns but ultimately I hope it winds up in a good place. It's been fun to write so far so I hope you all enjoy it. As I have with my Supernatural fic, I have casted Marley. It took some work but I finally found a face that fits with what I had in my head. While she's not a perfect match, I've casted Shailene Woodley as Marley Bradford. I'll do my best to get some pictures up for her soon so you can see who I see when I'm writing.
