Author has written 15 stories for iCarly, Misc. Movies, Meet the Robinsons, Yours, Mine, and Ours, High School Musical, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Hannah Montana, Ratatouille, and Spiderwick Chronicles. There's a reason why I call myself Princess Strawberry, and here it is: The meaning of my first name means "Princess", and the meaning of my last name means "Strawberry". Princess. Strawberry. You get it? Well, give that kid a prize! About myself: I was born December 1987. Since Fall 2006, I've been going to community college full-time. From September 2006 to August 2007, I worked part-time as a preschool teacher's assistant. From Spring 2008 to Fall 2009, I worked at a independently-owned, trendy boutique for young girls. I've been reading and writing fanfiction for years (since I was at least eleven years old), but only set up an account in August 2007 for reasons. While I'm not writing fanfiction, I like to hang out with my family, or doing many of my other hobbies, which to name a few includes listening to music, singing, drawing, watching movies. Update Notice (09/13/09): I'd like to apologize to any of my readers for going on a hiatus. During the last time I wrote an update note, in Fall 2008, I was going through a tough time. Luckily, things got better for me at the end of the quarter, starting with the discovery of winning a songwriting contest I had entered- Daisy Rock's Evan Taubenfeld Demo Sweepstakes. I wrote an original song, recorded a video of the song on YouTube, and submitted an entry to Daisy Rock. In December 2008, I flew down to L.A. to meet with Evan (psst, he used to be Avril Lagvine's guitarist!) to rerecord the demo. Since then, I've been taking classes to finish more school, and in preparations of launching a music career. I would like to take the time to thank all of my reviewers and subscribers for all the feedback and support I get from them; it really, truly does mean a lot to me. And again, I am so, so sorry for not updating anything new for a while (for whichever fandom you read). I hope that it will be sooner than later when I find the time to write, because I do plan to complete all of my work. Keep rockin', Princess Strawberry 80 Word for 80 Days I would all like to encourage you in a challenge. The title says all: write at least 80 words everyday for 80 days. It can be blogging, songwriting, journal-writing, or, hey, even fanfiction! Anything you'd like, just so it's at least 80 words. I've gone back to writing in my journal, but I'm hoping to extend this challenge to help me finish the stories that are sitting in my Development Hell. Sharing this challenge with you, I hope, will inspire you too to write more fabulous stories for others to read. National Novel Writing Month I will also be participating in 2009's National Novel Writing Month. For those of you not familiar with NaNoWriMo, it's a community that encourages people to write 50,000-word work of fiction for the entire month of November.
