Hello. My name is Shreya and I'm a non resident Indian living in Hong Kong. I was born there and I've lived there all my life. I go to a school called German Swiss International School. I can speak English, German and Mandarin, and in that order in terms of fluency. I am currently in Year 9 (or Grade 8 for the U.S.) and I am a little young for my grade. I'd say I'm relatively smart. I'm generally good at all my subjects. I play a lot of basketball and I do debating after school sometimes. My favourite month would probably be December. When I'm older, I want to be a corporate lawyer. I joined fanfiction because I had nothing better to do with my sad, sad life, and then I realized that it's not that lame after all. Writing is pretty fun, and the only problem I have with it is that it makes my neck and back muscles hurt like crap for typing so much.

I have some friends on fanfiction. Some of them are from school, and they are sakuraigo3838 and Vampy285. Actually, around three years ago, sakuraigo3838 introduced me to fanfiction but I only joined sometime in September last year after a really long 2 and a half year gap. I introduced Vampy285 as well. kiwipie is another author on this site and she is Vampy285's sister. Her stories are pretty funny.

I generally only write stories for Naruto, but I am planning on attempting Ouran High School Host Club. It's a really cute show but to be really blunt, it would be gay for guys to watch it. It's too florid and overly romantic with tons of roses everywhere popping up at loads of random intervals, but I guess that's Shoujo manga for you. There are 26 episodes so far, but the manga goes on. According to my friend, it's not worth reading the manga because it's all over the place. I also attempted to watch Bleach, and to be frank, it bored me. I got up to episode 16 and gave up. It's pretty stupid in my opinion. It's all about Ichigo fighting Hollows or Giant Hollows called Menos.

I hate Anime crossovers. Simple. I just can't stand them. One other thing I can't stand are Mary Sues. Especially, when they're for OCs. They're just so prissy and perfect and nice and smart and beautiful that it makes me want to throw up from perfection overdose. Honestly, perfection is their flaw. No offence, but OCs remind me of Gabriella from High School Musical, which is a movie I absolutely and thoroughly abhor. I couldn't even be bothered to watch number 2. The songs are so freaking annoying and everyone is just perfect. The drama is terribly cliched and in the end it just HAS to turn out happy, right?

Anyway, it has come to my attention that loads of stories on fanfiction are totally shit. Unfortunately, I don't have the heart to constructively criticize, or "flame." I am proudly admitting that my first story I published is one of these. I am admitting that although my grammar and english was definitely up to par, the story plot was horrendously shitty. I am still debating on whether or not I should delete the story from fanfic. The only reason I'm keeping it on is because it makes my list of stories longer, even if that is a really, really pathetic reason.

Basically, I can't stand it when people's English is really crappy to the point of gagging. I've actually given up on quite a few stories because of it. The only ones I tolerate are the ones that actually have a plot, unlike the typical highschool romances. I also hate plagiarists. Simple. They are just not original enough to come up with their own fucking plot or jokes so they "borrow" from other people. It sucks. It sucks shit.

I actually took the time to delete the ones I couldn't even remember the plot of (which means that they are forgettable and thus absolutely worthless pieces of trash) and the ones whose English grammar, spelling, and style was totally atrocious.

I'm not going to give you a list of my stories on fanfiction, just stop being lazy and scroll down, damnit.

I am a Beta Reader currently working on stories by Crack God. Check out his stuff; they're pretty good. I also just got a request from a user called symbiotic. He comes across as an interesting person. Check out his profile- he's way harsher and blunter than I am. I can probably only beta read English stories, as my German and Mandarin probably aren't good enough to be used in literature.

And all the rude stuff I've said: If it pertains to you, don't take it personally. It's just the plain truth.

Naruto stuff:

Favourite pairings. I'm not going to tell you the pairings I hate because first of all I can't be bothered to, and second of all, if it's not in my list of favourite pairings, I either don't care about those particular characters since they're a little irrelevant, or I don't like them. Simple, right?

1) Nejiten. For some reason, this is my all time favourite pairing. I understand that they are very irrelevant to the plot of Naruto (unless Kishimoto decides to bring them in after the whole Sasuke thing gets over with in Shippuuden) but I still love them. Probably because Neji is my current favourite character in Naruto, and if he gets paired with any other girls it will be absolute shit, no offence. Actually, the reason for this pairing has nothing much to do with Tenten.

2) Naruhina. Classic. Hinata cares for him a lot, and once he gets the brains, he'll give up on Sakura because she is still obviously truly infatuated with Sasuke, not as a schoolgirl crush. Hinata's love also runs deep. Narusaku could be likely since Naruto IS the main character and he should end up with what he wants, but as I said, Sakura would not be totally happy (not that I care about her much), and their love is more like sibling love.

3) Shikatema. Although I find this pairing slightly boring, it is the only obvious pairing in the anime that actually seems like it's going to happen. And frankly, Shikaino doesn't seem as...deep...as Shikatema. There's just one thing I have against this pairing; Temari's currently a little old for Shikamaru, but I suppose his intellect makes up for it. And when they're middle aged, three years isn't much of a difference.

4) Gaaraten. Although I know this is crack, and I did used to hate it, I love this pairing, (not as much as Nejiten) but only when used in a triangle with Neji. Usually, Gaaraten stories that I have read end up with Nejiten.

5) Sasusaku. I don't really like Sakura that much, and frankly I think Sasuke's way cooler than her, but she deserves him and I'm sure that he'll see the light someday. (Hah, like that's likely...cough cough...he's way too bent on destroying Konoha now that Itachi's dead...he's desperate for attention, dude...I just realised...Sasuke has serious emo problems. Since his screwed up childhood and lack of parental support, he got jealous of Itachi and thus went on a killing spree so he could gain the spotlight...Too bad Itachi is way too cool for that, Sasuke. Too bad he's dead so you can't make Itachi uncool anymore. Spoiler for those who haven't read the manga- it's a bit late now, huh?)

6) Kakaten. This, I know, is a very VERY random pairing. I was reading this M rated nejiten story by SnowNight, and she published an M rated Kakaten which I decided to try out out of curiousity. I must say that the smut and the fact that the pairing is SUPER crack made the story morbidly fascinating. It actually made me giddy with disgust at the pairing (because I am far too deep in my infatuation and obsession with nejiten) and excited and thrilled with the smut (no, I do not get turned on that easily. And I can't be. I'm a thirteen year old girl.) that it made me go on. However, that story remains the only Kakaten I've ever read.

That's about it, I suppose...

I also basically only read Romance, Drama, Humour, Adventure and a little bit of Angst, Hurt/Comfort, and Tragedy. But usually, there's one Genre that's Romance. I don't like Fantasy or Supernatural stories that much. They usually tend to make the characters too out of character. And everyone except fantastic authors makes Sasuke and Neji OOC. Even I do. Definitely. I haven't got the skill of characterisation perfect. By the way, WHY do people think that Neji is some stoic quiet kid? Didn't you see how much he ranted in the Chuunin exams? And not to mention the fact that he is NOT emotionless! He was very nearly crying when blabbering on and on to Naruto about the main house and the curse seal! But still...his voice is sexy. But that is very gross. Because Neji's Seiyuu is a forty year old.

I suppose that's all the fanfiction related stuff you're gonna know about me. I'm sure you've noticed the huge change (and improvement) in my profile page. My old one made me look ditsy. X)
