Yes, you heard me right. I am pretty fed up with ffnet for various reasons, plus most of what I write I am not supposed to archive here anyway (max rating on ffnet is M, which is a 15+ or 16+ rating (I forget which), my fics will often be MA, which is the official 18+ rating). I was pretty ignorant about the ways in the beginning, but I'm not anymore, and I do not plan on breaking the rules when there's no need to. Just because I stop posting here, doesn't mean I'll stop posting altogether. This is just one site. Feel free to look me up on other sites.
I used to reply to all reviews. I don't have time for that anymore and so I only reply to very, very few reviews. It doesn't mean that I don't appreciate your kind words and constructive criticism; it simply means that I'm too preoccupied to give a satisfactory answer. I read anything that comes my way, but just because you think a question about why this or that is happening in The Bracelet or whether I've started the Silencio sequel yet (-sigh- which part of 'ONE project at a time' is so hard to understand?) is of the utmost importance, doesn't mean I have the same priorities. In fact, I can pretty much guarantee you that if those are your questions, I won't respond.

Be honest at the age prompt. If you're too young, you don't need to read those fics. You certainly won't be doing anyone any favors by breaking the rules and jeopardizing everyone's standing.
Check out the dmhgficexchange on LiveJournal. You do not have to be an LJ user to go read. Only NC17 entries are locked and requiring an age statement in your profile for you to gain access, everything else is freely available. You can even review anonymously and I encourage you to do so (but do be courteous). They will post three fics or works of art every day from October 4th until all entries have been posted. With more than 100 participants, this means they will post for a little over a month. All entries are anonymous, so you won't know who wrote what until the big reveal, only who it was written for. And, yes, I did participate, so one of them is by me and one of them is for me. :) They require all entries to be finished stories, so you don't need to worry about getting caught up in more WIPs than you can handle. Naturally, the quality varies, but trust me when I say some truly magnificent authors are entered! So, go read and enjoy!
