Shikamaru leads a team consisting of himself, Ino, Temari and Neji to intercept Sasuke Uchiha who presents a threat to Konoha.
Ino is still pining for Sasuke and denies the feelings she's having for Shikamaru.
Temari is fierce as usual, and knows what she wants; a certain lazy shadow-ninja.
Shikamaru is confused by the whole thing and is too busy trying to keep everybody alive!!
Neji is definitely not background music here; taking an important role in the sucess of the mission.

And Sasuke is more dangerous than ever before; how will he react to Ino's declaration of love? How will the four survive Sasuke and his underlings?

I like to write things that are dark, twisted and sometimes disturbing; but I also like to write about love. I think character developement is very important and that's one of the things I strive to do when writing a story. When I write fanfics I try to stay true to the characters as they are portrayed by the author.

About Naruto:

Shikamaru... He is my favourite character. I enjoy writing about him because he is truly one of the most well developed in the series; he made me love him. At first I didn't like him, paying him very little attention, but that lazy kid sure did grow on me.

ShikaIno v.s ShikaTema?

Honestly I kind of like both of these... I think they could both happen, and they have their equal merits. So, I like to read both pairings. :D
