Author has written 26 stories for Harvest Moon, Gravitation, Guilty Gear, Golden Sun, Suikoden, One Piece, Tales of Symphonia, and Junjō Romantica. 26.03.2009: As a general policy, I try not to whine in my author's notes. In fact, I don't like writing a lot of author's notes anyway, because if the reader can't understand the story without a note, what's the point then? I fail as writer if I need to explain what I've written. However, I do wonder if this creates a stand-offish air? That is to say: I appreciate comments on my fics. They aren't the sole reason I write, and certainly, I'll continue to write even if nobody comments. However, ffnet gives me nice statistical info. People read my fics, put them on alert, and favorite them. I'm going to assume that people are favorite because they enjoy the fic. If that's the case... why not leave a note? Tell me what it is you enjoyed about my story, or things that could need working on. I do appreciate constructive criticism, because I can't improve my writing if I don't know that something is wrong. Eh, anyway, thanks to everyone who takes the time to read and comment on my stories. 16.09.2008: I'm going to try to keep this account updated with my Junjou Romantica fics, at least, but no guarantees. Faster updates will be at my livejournal. Also want to note that LJ gives me more editing freedom, thus, there will probably be less typos and such there (since I can fix them easily once I catch them). 29.07.2008: Uploaded some Junjou Romantica fics. I just thought I'd remind everybody stopping by here. This is taken from the ff.net "create story" page. FanFiction.Net does not filter content and is an open system that trusts the writer's judgement. However, there is an inherent responsibility that falls to writers as a result. Here is a list of conducts that should always be observed: 1. Spell check all stories and poems. There is no excuse for not doing this. If you do not have a word processor that has the spell checking feature, use a search engine such as Google.Com to find one. I'm usually only on ff.net as a reviewer nowadays, although I wish I still had the drive to write/post fanfiction. I try to leave constructive criticism, but I realize I don't always manage to sound polite/encouraging/whatever. If you have a problem with a review I left, please e-mail me directly instead of making a big deal about it on ff.net -> that includes leaving nasty reviews for my fics as well as posting big authors notes about me. I'll probably be provoked into leaving more reviews if you do something like that, and without any attempt to be nice. And that would be sad. | |||||||||||
