I'll read almost any ship that you can think of, unless its something like Dumbledore/Dobby. I'm eighteen and I'm a college freshman. I'm an English major, a history minor, and I'm probably doing secondary education certification. I thing I'll end up being either a highschool teacher, an English professor, or a journalist of some kind. I like to travel and I like to write and--clearly--I like to read/watch tv/watch movies. I also don't sleep. Well, actually, I do, but if given the choice I am mostly nocturnal. I write both slash and het, and I write just about anything. (Which you can see if you look at what I have posted.) I also write normal fiction, where I mostly write fantasy, and I would love to be published one day. It should be noted that I have a terrible tendency to procrastinate. Research papers? I do them the night before they're due. The same goes for fanfics. I also have a habit of not posting anything for a while and then posting a ton of stories all at once. I don't like to just post one chapter of one story when there are people waiting to read a chapter of a different story, so I like to wait until I have new chapters for all of my stories and post them at the same time. Most of my stuff is one-shots because I have this little problem with chaptered stories. I start them and then I never finish them. Clearly, this is a problem. It is one I am trying to remedy. Years after the events of Disorientation, Sam Winchester had almost entirely forgotten the six months he spent in the care of a foster family. He and Dean are drawn to the deserts of Nevada, only miles away from the glitzy world of Las Vegas, to investigate a series of unusual, fiery deaths. While there Sam stumbles upon more than just supernatural forces; he finds himself face to face with Lydia, the girl from his past. Set third season after Bad Day at Black Rock. (0 Chapters completed). Rules To Live By--A series of Supernatural drabbles focusing on the rules John Winchester set for his boys and the ones they learned for themselves. (13 of 50 drabbles completed). Crusaders of the Caped Persuasion--Sam and Dean Winchester find themselves transported into the strangely realistic world of Gotham City. A slight Supernatural/Dark Knight crossover. Should run about ten chapters. (3 of 10 chapters completed). New World--When Dean is pulled out of hell he passes through three parallel universes and witnesses how much of a difference a slight change in events can make. Set before Lazarus Rising. Should run about twenty to twenty-five chapters. (3 of 20-25 chapters completed). Of Demons--Dean Winchester is chosen and Sam Winchester is damned. Witness the destruction. Should run five chapters. (2 of 5 chapters completed). Theory of Possible Worlds--The "Final Battle" between Harry and Voldemort turns out to not be quite as final as expected, when a strange turn of events sends Harry to a 1977 Hogwarts. A twist on the old time travel cliches, that is (hopefully) at least somewhat clever. Should run maybe 15 chapters. (2 of 15 chapters completed). Echoes--Harry defeated Voldemort at a terrible cost and he would do anything to change things. Lucky--perhaps--for him, Fate seems to have a soft spot for him. A goddess of Fortune gives him an opportunity to go back in time and change things. Unfortunately for him, destiny is a stubborn thing, and much harder to change than one might expect. Another time-travel story with a twist. (0 chapters completed). Renaissance--One would think that the government would learn from past mistakes and that people would trust in their heroes. Neither proves true; a corrupt ministry turns against Harry Potter, framing him for the torture of his wife, tossing him in Azkaban, and tearing his family apart. DH compliant but not Epilogue compliant. A reworking of the old Harry-goes-to-Azkaban plot. (6 1/2 of 20-ish chapters completed). Seclusion--The Dursleys have gone too far in their abuse and Tom Riddle is forced to rescue his nemesis. Alliances are formed, rituals are performed, and Tom Riddle rediscovers what his conscience is (sort of). A mildly Dark Harry and TR/HP pairing. Expected to run around thirty to thirty-five chapters. (10 of 35 chapters completed). Crossroads of Providence--An army of demons has been unleashed upon the world and Dean's year is ticking away bit by bit. Investigating a case the Winchester boys run into another pair of hunters--RJ and Jennifer James. The couple prove themselves to be talented hunters with a wealth of information and an idea as to what has been causing trouble. The two pairs join forces and it is quickly revealed that everything is not as it seems. The Winchesters aren't the only one keeping secrets, and the past keeps popping up to bite them all in the ass. Harry Potter/Supernatural Crossover. Begins third season after Mystery Spot and intended to continue through fourth season. (1 1/2 chapters completed). Home--When the world crashes down around him, Mark flees from New York, returning to his childhood home to hide from the realities and his own feelings. Expected to run maybe seven or eight chapters. (2 of 8-ish chapters completed). And many, many more! Just one more quick note about these stories--the number of completed chapters is a little indicator of how soon said story will be published. Since I have such trouble completing chaptered stories I refuse to post them until I have a significant number of chapters written. If half of the chapters are completed you can expect to see it soon; if none of the chapters are completed it is probably going to take a long time before it ever shows up. Of course, the shorter the story is expected to be, the quicker it's going to appear as well.
