These are the ten names engraved on my heart, the ten characters of the greatest television/movie phenomenon I've ever experienced. I am absolutely addicted to Firefly, and it's follow-ons, Those Left Behind and Serenity. I may eventually finish the Stargate: SG-1 story I started writing a few months ago, and I may someday write more, as well as stories from one or two other select series. For now, though, Firefly is the driving force behind my literary endeavors.
It's been many years since I tried my hand at writing, and I'll be the first to admit I could use a couple Creative Writing courses to hone my skills. I hope, however, that my rough grasp of the craft of authorship doesn't detract from my passion for this amazing series. I've rediscovered the fact that my love for writing is almost as strong as the joy of reading the works of other authors.
I hope to do you proud, Captain and crew of Serenity. Keep flying.
