Author has written 42 stories for Harry Potter, StarTrek: The Original Series, Kill Bill, Stargate: SG-1, 24, and X-Files. Who I am: I am a hard working American woman, brown haired gray eyed like so many of my family. In fact you see me you see most of my cousins, aunts and mother. My family goes back a long way in America, on my father's side through a great grandfather I can trace my family back to the Mayflower. I am related to both famous and infamous people throughout history. since this nation was founded my ancestors have been involved in every single war, from the Revolutionary war where my ancestors supplied goods to the fledgling continental army all the way through Dessert Storm as my cousins are not old enough yet to serve. I am a fiercely patriotic American because of my history with this great land. I am old enough to remember the cold war but not old enough to have lived through any of the sixties. My parents did live through the sixties, my dad after high school enlisted in the Navy and served a very honorable four years. Once done he went to college in San Francisco and met and married my mother there. He then got a good job offer in Colorado in a small town called Fort Collins and moved there. I was raised in Colorado and consider this to be the only state I want o live in. I was a girl with the Berlin wall fell and still remember the cold war very well and do consider the world less safe now than it was with the USSR as the main enemy. I have been married for a long time as well, however I do not have any children though my husband and I would love to have at least two. I have four cats, two dogs, an Aquarium of fish and one snake. I am not sure why I have the snake, it doesn’t do much but it was a rescue and is temporary, (as it has been for the last three years). I live in a comfortable house, three bedroom two bath in an older neighborhood (No HOA thank heavens for that) somewhere in Colorado. Alright somewhere in Denver Colorado but that is as far as I am going with that! I am a Christian and will probably end up putting religious elements into my stories. My faith is very dear to me and though I love to share it with others I do understand that not everyone is interested or wants to hear what I have to offer. That is alright, in fact I try to practice Christianity as Jesus Christ taught it, he invited sinners and none believers to many of his suppers and led by example. That is why I accept those of other or no faith as everyone has to find their own way in this world. It’s how a Christian is suppose to live, with love and tolerance for all faiths, people and cultures. I work in the medical field in healthcare administration though I went to college and got my bachelors in history. I enjoy the healthcare field as that seems to be where the most growth is now. I like writing fan-fiction as it is therapeutic. I am currently working on a novel (who isn’t really) and like to sketch and draw as proven by my art here: http://raiderhater1013.deviantart.com/. In addition the Avatar is of a Christian warrior from one of my own short stories I have yet to put on line. Now for a bit of fun: The sorting hat says that I belong in Ravenclaw! Said Ravenclaw, "We'll teach those whose intelligence is surest." Ravenclaw students tend to be clever, witty, intelligent, and knowledgeable. Take the most scientific Harry Potter What I hate in Fanfiction: I am easy going about a lot of things, some grammar errors fine. Spelling errors, one or two is not going to kill anyone, I have done it too not intentionally. However please, please, please make sure that you capitalize when it is needed (names, the beginning of sentences and such). Do use paragraph breaks as it does make the fiction easier to read! I hate overtly sexual stuff, any slash or het is just to me unimaginative and too much like porn and I am most uncomfortable with fictions like this. I don't like student/ professor relations just for the sake of it. If a professor is going to be with a former student and I do stress the former, they had better be graduated or at the least the relationship starts as friendship until after the student is graduated and over 18! I don't mind well written fanfictions were the characters fall in love and explore said love but hot "shacking up" is not my cup of tea sorry! Oh and let me repeat, I hate slash fiction! What I love in Fanfiction: Most everything else really, my most favorite are humor fictions. I love a good laugh as this world is way too serious as it is! Don't you mean Sirius? Go away Black, so back to what I love. I love action fictions, and I like certain parings as well: Harry/Ginny, Harry/Hermione, Ron/Hermione, Draco/Luna, Draco/Ginny, Snape/McGonagall, Snape/Hermione, Snape/Skeeter, Remus/Tonks, Sirius/Skeeter, Sirius/most any over eighteen girl. I love reading marraige fics, fics where Harry is raised by anyone but his aunt and uncle and of course I have seen a few "historical fictions" too though I have not seen too many. I love Severus Snape, he is a snarky, cruel mean wicked (at times yes),sarcastic man but he cares deeply and stays loyal to the end. I love the Weasley family too, I see them as good and noble no matter what anyone says about them! I know many think it strange that Ginny loves Harry like she does but there are things called soul mates out there. I believe Harry and Ginny are soul mates and belong together, in the majority of my stories Harry and Ginny will end up together. This does not mean I do not like well written stories where Harry and Hermione get together, as long as they are well done and keep Harry as loving and sweet as always and Hermione smart I do not mind them at all. I don't see myself writing one though. :) To the Flamers Annon Reviewers: Don't bother with flaming me, I can and will filter you out from reviewing faster than anything else. Flaming is so childish and shows that the person who is doing the flaming is immature and really should take that time that they took to write long flames in writting fan fiction we can all enjoy. If you can be so detailed in a flame you can be detailed in a fan faction too! As for annon reviewers, waste of my time and yours, if I cannot talk to you then why did you review? Plugs for My Own Fictions: Of Lions and Wards: A New Home: AU, in Harry’s third year at Hogwarts he finds out that Sirius Black is his godfather and an innocent man, Wormtail did not escape and was captured by Severus Snape and brought to face the ministry. Having enough of how Harry has been raised so far however is one Minerva McGonagall and he is sent to live with her for his own safety.Now some things will be cannon, they could be nothing less. Based on DH Dumbledore and Snape are more boss and employee. They are friendly but Snape never calls him Albus. Snape is cannon in his emotions and the way he acts as far as I see him in the books. He is a complex man and wonderfully so in his emotional range. There are DH spoilers too just to warn any who at this date have not read the last book. Of Lions and Wards: The Heir Lost and Found: AU, Harry was taken in by McGonagall at the end of his third year. Sirius Black was declared innocent but still is believed dead to the Wizarding world. Harry has survived his fourth year but barely, Voldemort is back to full power. To add to the tension he faces he knows why Voldemort wanted him dead having heard the full prophecy. Add to that a new defense against the dark arts teacher that is poison and new allies to help him through this year. To add to the mix a young child a boy will help soften and mend broken hearts… Of Lions and Wards: The Lady of Darkness: Harry has defeated Voldemort in his fifth year, and Severus Snape is free from Voldemort and his followers are dead, reformed or had been working for either the ministry or the order. Yet Bellatrix Lestrange has taken over where Voldemort left off and with the remaining death eaters plans to take over the world.In the last book almost all the death eaters followed Lucius Malfoy when he left Voldemort. There are very few that followed Bellatrix but she is still very powerful, the remainder of the werewolves, vampires and other dark creatures that did not give up their evil ways have joined to her. Though the Dementors are largely destroyed that does not mean there are not a few left here and there. This story will deal with the deathly hallows, Bellatrix has found out about them and now she wants them to gain power over the Wizarding world and death. She believes that they can give her that power much as Grindlewald and even Dumbledore still does believe somewhat. A race to stop Bellatrix before she finds them is on the way. All is Quiet at the Burrow: All Remus Lupin wanted was a nice peaceful afternoon of reading by the fire with a box of chocolates and good wine, but when Sirius Black and Severus Snape began to argue yet again he takes matters into his own hands… Raven and Wolf: Severus Snape survives the bite of Nagini and though an unexpected and unwanted set of events he ends up in a new world. However, will he learn to live a real life or continue to live the haunted half life he has for the past 16 years? Interogation and Veritaserum: When Severus Snape decides to switch sides after hearing part of the prophecy Moody knows he has to speak to the young man to make sure Dumbledore has made the right choice. The interogation shows us much of who Severus Snape really is. And now for something by a dear friend on this sight: Things that Professor Snape is no longer allowed to do at Hogwarts: 1. Not allowed to sing “Black Powder and Alcohol” to the students. Especially not allowed to substitute ingredients that will result in napalm and methamphetamine instead. 2. Crucifying toads. Bad idea. 3. Not allowed to collect blood and/or hair samples from students or staff for potion-making. This includes Mrs. Norris. 4. Not allowed to train Hagrid’s pets into attacking Gryffindors. 5. May not call any members of the Ministry of Magic untrustworthy, corrupt slime. Not even Fudge. Ok, especially not Fudge. 6. Even if I still have the receipt for the last bribe I gave him from Lucius. 7. Must never tease Trelawney about what she puts in her incense. 8. May not sell any Weasley into slavery. 9. Gozer does not live in my supply cabinet. You’d be surprised what does, though. 10. The Forbidden Forest is not full of yummy candy, and it is wrong to tell first-years that it is. 11. I cannot trade McGonagall to the Death-Eaters for McNair, Avery, and a DE to be named later. 12. “Poppy” is Madam Pomfrey’s nickname, and not what she dispenses. 13. May not conduct psychological experiments on staff members or students. 14. I should not confess to crimes that took place before I was born. 15. While under Veritaserum. 16. 'To conquer the earth with an army of flying monkeys" is a bad long-term goal to give Lord Voldemort. Or Dumbledore, for that matter. 17. Rodents are not entitled to burial with full military honors, even if they are "casualties of war". Not even Pettigrew. 18. Not allowed to add 'In accordance with the prophesy' to the end of answers I give to a question Dumbledore asks me. Only Trelawney gets to do that. 19. Not allowed to purchase anyone's soul on school time. 20. Must wash my hair even if it tampers with my 'Sampson like powers'. 21. Must not taunt the Hufflepuffs. 22. Not allowed to appeal to mankind's baser instincts in Death-Eater recruiting posters. God only knows why. 23. Not allowed to put up Death-Eater recruiting posters on school property, not even in the Slytherin Common Room. 24. May not make posters depicting the leadership failings of my chain(s) of command. Neither Dumbledore nor Voldemort have any sense of humor that way. 25. It is better to beg forgiveness than to ask permission, no longer applies to Professor Snape. 26. There are no evil clowns living under my bed. 27. Except Peeves. 28. Nerve gas is not funny, not even at a Dark Revel. 29. Must not tell any Death-Eater that I am smarter than they are, especially if it's true. 30. Visiting Irish wizards are not after 'Me frosted lucky charms'. Now Flitwick, on the other hand, has a right to be worried. 31. Potions Class should not end in tragedy. 32. I may not produce or perform in “Hogwarts: The Full Monty”. Nor may I encourage any student or staff to do so. 33. Not even Madam Hooch. 34. May not use Harry Potter as a body shield if Voldemort invades the school. 35. May no longer decorate the Great Hall for any function. 36. May not give Professor Sprout any plant named “Audrey”. 37. May not feed Longbottom to “Audrey”. 38. May not bring Moaning Myrtle as my date to the Yule Ball. 39. May not put banned substances on the Gryffindor Quidditch brooms just before a match (see attached list). 40. May not encourage Fred or George Weasley to boobytrap the Sorting Hat. 41. May not bring Longbottom to any Death-Eater function in the hopes he will ‘fix’ Voldemort’s latest potion. 42. Even if the resulting explosion will leave a smoking crater a quarter-mile in diameter, thus resolving at least two of my major problems. 43. May not send a charmed rubber rat across the floor of the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom in hopes that Lupin will chase it. 44. Or send Sirius Black a flea collar in Extra Large. Though he could use it. “Dances with wolves, sleeps with fleas”. 45. When asked to give a few words at a ceremony or staff meeting, ‘Romper Bomper Stomper Boo' is probably not appropriate.
