Favourite TV Show: Kaamelott!! Favourite colours: Red and blue, although green is cool too! Three Special things to know about me: 1) I'm half-French, half-German, and since I have lived 11 years in subsaharan Africa, I consider myself African above all. NEVER insult Africa in front of me! 2) Even though I'm proud of my origins, I'm not very fond of patriotism, for I happen to believe flags and national anthems and patriotism in general have caused more harm than good in the past centuries. Actually, the only national anthem I love is South Africa's. 3) My first language is French, my second is German, my third is English, and my fourth is Spanish. I consider myself a fairly good writer in French, but write fan fictions in English (honestly, who would read my stories if I posted them in French??). You have no idea how much time translating my stories from French into English takes! My aim is to write very smoothly: everything must FEEL natural. Then again, even though I first started learning English 14 years ago (and plan on becoming an English teacher), it's still not my first language, so please keep that in mind when reading my stories! ;-) Vice: People tend to say I scare people off for being too blunt. Personally, I prefer being blunt instead of a hypocrit. Virtue: Extremely loyal. Once you have earned my trust and friendship, you can be sure I will never take it back! Personality: uh...complex. Very complex. Better ask my friends than me! Random Fact: I love blowing bubbles and singing in public areas just to see people giving me weird looks. Then, I smile at them and say:"Have a nice day! Life's good!" Random Theory: if everyone of us could pay a little more attention to each other (for example, smiling to people just for the sake of it), the world would be a better place. | |||||||
