My name is Britney. As my display name explains, I am obsessed with anime. I heard about this site years ago, but never really gave it a second thought. I currently write my own novels. None have been published, then again I have never attempted to get them published. I also write poetry and my own music. Do not judge me from my age, but I am 17. This should not reflect on the way you view my stories. Please be open-minded and do not judge. I am young, and I know I have plenty to learn, and I plan on improving my writing as I get older. My dream is either to create manga stories, or be a manga artist. I would also like to move to Japan and teach English as a second language. Or simply teach a creative writing course in high schools here in Canada.

My favourite anime is Escaflowne, which explains why it is the first fanfic I am doing. My favourite pairing is of Hitomi and Van. However, I don't plan on writing short stories, so I like a little bit of Allen in there too. My favourite genre to write is romance. I like reading comedy, I tried writing comedy once... I discovered I wasn't funny. So I'll stick to my romance and drama for now. I like millions of anime, so there are many possibilities of my writing in the future.

Another anime I might write about is Fruits Basket. I love the pairing of Tohru with Kyou. Kyou is such a complicated character, and Tohru is so simple. They were made for each other, truly. Many people don't like Tohru as a character because of her smarts. As she appears to be very dumb in the series, I love her because she has such a beautiful interior. She is a sweet and caring person. She is exactly what Kyou needs. So head up! Future Fruits Basket fanfics are coming in the mere future!

I would love to get plenty of feedback. I have been writing since I was 6 years old, and this is the first time I am sharing my work with others. Yes, I would love to hear your opinions, yes I would like them to be respectful. If you simply don't like my story or my writing style, don't read my stories. Its a pretty easy answer. If you think you have a tip to help me improve my work, I will accept the productive criticism. Once again, I ask that you keep it civil, and respectful. I will do the same to everyone else.
