I am called Syrus and I have been a member of the fandom for years now. My presence is not as heavy as it used to be, but I'll be getting back to my stories soon enough. I've got a quaint little forum where you can usually find me and I am open to receiving both PMs and direct emails.

My favorite book is The Lord of the Rings, my favorite film is The Prisoner of Azkaban, my favorite TV show is Doctor Who, my favorite anime/manga is the Naruto series, and my favorite cartoon/comic is Teen Titans.

I don't do much beta work anymore but I still try to write what I can when I get the chance. I'll be going more into my activity on FFN and more about me personally later on in the profile, but I won't waste anymore of your time. If you're not that interested in me, I'd say you could navigate away from this page now.

My Writing:

It's a work in progress. I have two stories posted, because my old stuff was crap and I haven't written anything new yet. I barely published a new chapter just recently for the adopted story, Princess of the Bewitched Fox and I'll be going back at some point to refurbish the old chapters. Don't be surprised if I change some things. If you see something in a later chapter that contradicts something you read, then go back and reread it. I might toss up a couple stat sheets for my stories if I get back into the habit of updating and writing new ones. I hope to complete another chapter in the near future. It'll go on for fifteen or twenty chapters and then I think I'll wrap it up. After that, I want to readdress The Hurricane Chronicles, and expand on its original theme as a novelization of the canon. After that, I'll go on to write another long one and a bunch of one-shots in between. But who knows when that'll happen.

A Thousand Years of Pain is a big slice of cheese, and it's written that way on purpose. Anybody familiar with the Naruto canon will instantly get it. Everybody else kinda won't.

There's a couple new stories I'm working on right now, in addition to the updates I work diligently (lol) upon. I must apologize for taking such a long time between posts, but believe me when I say that it will be worth the wait.

Concerning Forums:

Sometimes I visit forums, but I've been trying write stories again so it's a bother. I'll show up when and where I choose, and with a small army of sock puppets at my disposal, there's not much point trying to stop me. I am mostly harmless, that is unless you really piss me off. At some point I might resurrect the seven-mod format and have a little fun again, so watch out. Pft., I bet you don't even know what that is. Barely legal and already I feel like a damn fossil. If you want me to make appearances, like an Elvis impersonator or a party clown I do accept requests of that kind. I don't really see that happening though.
