Okay, I have decided to completely redo my profile, if for no other reason than to pass the time.

First thing's first: Things you will not learn from reading this profile! I will not be posting my real name, age, where I live, my email, my true hair color, or my favorite sex position! If you are curious about any of those things, you can message me- except for that last bit, that you have to find out in person. ;)

Seriously though, feel free to message me. I love to talk, I love to help- if you happen to need any on your writing or just for life in general, and I also like getting new emails, what girl doesn't?

Alright, now we've reached the 'cool stuff about Myx' section. Cool things about me would include:

I am a world traveler, I'm addicted to it, it is in my blood and I love it! Everything from that sweet, sweet stale airplane air to the wave-pounded sand beneath my toes- absolutely glorious! I love everything about it, but mostly I love all of the people that exist on earth. I think its wonderful how different everyone is, and not to speak from my birkenstocks here, but I think we should celebrate that. I am quasi fluent in four languages

Nextly (I make up words), I am a writer- not professionally, but someday I'd like to see my words in print. I have wanted to be a writer my entire life because I love being able to capture all of the beautiful and colorful things that I think and experience, put them into words, and then give them to people. I happen to think that's an amazing gift.

The sea. That is another love of mine. I think its magical. I swim, I scuba dive, I sail, I watch the sun go down on endless horizons. Anywhere near the water is the place for me.

Let's see...I LOVE music. Everything, the major exceptions being coarse rap, super heavy metal, and any artist that has become a role model for children and teens doesn't carry the position responsibly. That being said, my favorite music is classic rock, everything from 50s to 80s. I also love alternative, soft rock, a lot of world music, pop, hip-hop, reggae, JAZZ!, R&B (Marvin Gaye!), classical, folk, anything you can dance to, show tunes and probably tons more. If you wanted me to name by favorite song or singers/musicians, we could be here for a very very very long time...

Now art: I am an artist. Besides being a writer, I am a painter, a photographer, a jewelry maker, a knitter. I am relatively good with drawing, ceramics, flame working. If you like art, I am a total fanatic, so message me and we can chat (same goes for you music and ocean lovers)!

Other things that are good to know: I go barefoot whenever possible, I sing absentmindedly all day long, I do not have a favorite color- I like them all, I read sappy lesbian romance novels because I don't have enough time or brain power at the end of the day to break out anything more complex- I just want a happy ending, god dammit! I have 3 or 4 tattoos depending on how you count, 15 piercings, 2 dogs, 2 fish, and a tortoise. I love basketball and the Celtics are my team- the best team, really.
