Bellatrix/Blaise. I can't say I have. It would probably be angsty and tragic, though, I can tell.

It's Harry Potter. It goes with the territory. He's very hot.

What would happen if Twelve got Eight pregnant?

Cedric/Fred. I think with the whole "Cedric dying thing," the story would probably have an unhappy ending while Fred struggled to raise the child with the condemnation of his family.

Bill. A few, but not many. Breathe Into Me by Branwen777 is the best I've read.
