I found Kim Possible, by accident, on Disney one night and have been hooked ever since. The charters are fresh, unique, and with a subtle humor that I haven't seen in a long while. You just don't find quality entertainment like that very often.
My take on the Kim/Ron relationship is simple:They complete each other. The tale of the lovable slacker and the hyper involved overachiever is a classic example of opposites that attract. Two friends that travel through that strange ,wonderful, adventure of growing up together; discovering life and finally find love with each other.
Kigo :To me, making Kim a lesbian who enters into a sexual/romantic relationship with Shego negates the central relationship of the show, which is and has always been that between Kim and Ron. It also goes against everything I've come to know and understand about both Kim and Shego as characters. I just don't see them as gay or bi. In short, my problem in Kigo isn't that I have to overcome obstacles. It's that I have no interest in reading a pairing that I find to be divorced from the reality of Disney's Kim Possible . This is paraphrased from a reply written by Mr.Dr.P on one of Zaratan's forums (That's why its not in quotation marks) about writing Kigo. I copied it here because it mirrors my feelings about that particular sub-culture that exists on this site.
That makes me a Kim/Ron shipper and I accept the label .
When I first found this site,by accident as well , I might add. I had no intention of writing any stories myself. However; I have found stories on this site that have enraged me, entertained me, and brought me to tears with just how well they are done. They have inspired me to try my hand in the glorious attempt to chronicle the adventures of Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable.
I hope you enjoy the ride with me.
