Author has written 7 stories for Underland Chronicles, Pendragon, and Solitaire. This section is being re-written. I've been on hiatus for ages, and upon re-reading the profile that I wrote two years ago, I decided I don't like it. So it's gone. I'm keeping the fanfiction descriptions in place, though. Because they're more important. ... Yeah. That's it for now. Fanfiction 1.) Behind the Scenes A story is, in its own right, a circle. It never ends unless you say it does. It has many sides and pieces and points of view, some that we’d never even think about. But they’re there, just like the sides of a circle- behind the scenes but right before us, unnoticed but essential. This is what this series of oneshots is about. Those crucial moments behind the scenes, the story before- and maybe even after- the Chronicles, and the thoughts of characters we never cared to see the point of view of. These are all sides or the story, sides that must be looked at if one is to consider TUC to its full potential. This is one of the four fanfics I'm currently working on. I've gotten some positive reviews and enjoy writing these random little oneshots, so don't expect it to go away any time soon. 2.) The Impossible Scenario Never was there anyone more fit to their name than Paradox. She is truly an impossible scenario- a killer, orphaned by her parents, raised in a world where she should not belong- and doesn't. Gnawer in soul to the last drop of blood, the young girl nonetheless finds herself a social pariah for the one thing she can do nothing to change- her shape. She speaks their language, hunts like them, even adopts their fighting skills. She's immersed in gnawer custom from an age when she was too young to remember. But she still has to struggle to fit in with a world that doesn't want her... I'm really enjoying this. It's based off the life of my RP character, Paradox, and it's fun to put her into fanfiction instead of just RPing her. Again, positive reviews and enjoyment are speeding along my muse- meaning, it's going at a snail's pace. XD But at least it's going! 3.) Gregor and the Orphans of the Underland Has anyone ever wondered what happens to Underland children when they get orphaned? Sometimes they get adopted. Sometimes, they're just old enough to make it on their own, struggling to fill in the gaps in their learning to crve themselves a life. And sometimes, they're abandoned where no one will ever find them- high above the rest of the Underland, near the entrance to the Overland. And sometimes, when that happens, they get found... This is just screaming for a better title... Oh well. Not up yet, but the prologue is almost done. 4.) The Gnawer Panel So the other day my friend and I were at school, and she told me it would be funny if we put Twirltounge, Pearlpelt, Snare, Ripred, Goldshard, and Twitchtip in a room together and forced them to hold a conversation. “But how is it funny if we don’t know what’s going on?” I asked. She glanced at me with a half-sly, half-fearful glance, and I groaned. “Who the heck are we going to get to go in there?” We ran through a list, asking everyone at school we could, but everyone we asked grabbed at their sanity and held on tight. “What!? You’re crazy!” True. “Um… who’re they?” We explained TUC, and the person scuttled away fearfully. “Right. Yeah. I’m really going to willingly put myself in a room with a bunch of six-foot rats who want to rip one another’s guts out.” I tried to explain that only some of the rats were on such bloody terms, but that particular vict-er, person had already gone to their next class. So, out of students to ask, I relinquished the ounce- --that same friend shouts from the audience, “Drop. Millimeter. Not even that!”-- -Fine. Out of students to ask, I relinquished the millimeter or less of sanity that I had left and volunteered to be the moderator. Of course, on the way to the Underland, I grabbed Gregor. I’m not going in there without backup, folks! I still hold a tiny piece of sanity… (I think…) Anyway. Stay tuned for the tortu-I mean, fun, and feel free to tell me question you want answered. As the moderator, I have the power to steer the conversation. Or at least I should. But when things get rough with all the gnawers—I’m either leaving, hiding behind Gregor, or hitting the sugar. I warned you. That was actually the entire prologue, but I had no better way to explain it. Anyways, this is on hiatus, but I am planning to continue it, so keep an eye out. 5.) Kasha Kind of like it, kind of don't. Leaving it up. Oneshot, poem, etc. | |||||||
