Author has written 5 stories for Buffy X-overs, and Harry Potter.

Hello! I'm a girl from England. That's about all I'm going to put on the Internet so, sorry. Oh, and that cat, in the picture? Yes, she's mine! She's cute, isn't she? (Say yes or she will attack you in the night.)

Thus far I have written a HP one-shot, a HP short story and a Buffy/HP X-over. I've also written a long two-part Harry Potter story, set in Harry's sixth and seventh years. I'm also now writing a Next-Generation fanfiction. Read them and review them, please.

I'm on FF.net primarily as a reader - I only write to get the stories out of my head, so I can get some sleep. I don't consider my work to be as good as some of the geniuses on here, and nor do I compare it to the people who wrote the original worlds - which is why I often forget to put a disclaimer. So this serves as a general disclaimer.

Oh, and I will never, ever, ever abandon a story. Seriously, if an In-Progress story of mine isn't updated for more than a month, then I have been involved in a serious accident. I have plans and chapter outlines for all of my stories. I can usually tell you to within two chapters how long it will be. I will usually update twice a week.

Do you get that I don't like abandoned stories?

My Favourite Quotes

Much: Oh, don't tell me to shh, we're looking for a tree in a forest!

Xander: What, I can't have information sometimes?"
Giles: "It's just somewhat unprecedented."

Buffy: Speak English, not whatever they speak in, um..."
Giles: "England?"

Buffy: "I told one lie. I had one drink."
Giles: "Yes, and you were very nearly devoured by a giant demon snake. The words, "let that be a lesson" are a tad redundant at this juncture."

Giles: "I'll just jump in my time machine, go back to the 12th century, and ask the vampires to postpone their ancient prophecy for a few days while you take in dinner and a show."
Buffy: "Okay, at this point, you're abusing sarcasm."

Lester: You spend your entire career planning for just about every crisis imaginable - up to and including alien invasion - then this happens. So much for thinking outside the bloody box.

Ida: Well, we've come this far. There's no turning back.
The Doctor: Oh, did you have to? "No turning back." That's almost as bad as, "nothing can possibly go wrong" or "this is going to be the best Christmas this orphanage has ever had."

Cyberman: Your design in inelegant.
Dalek: Daleks have no concept of elegance!
Cyberman: This is obvious.

The Doctor: Just what every city needs—cats in charge.

Donna: Well that's one solution: hide in a cupboard. I like it.

Silk: Trust me
Barak: Not if I can help it

(This is quite a long extract, but I like it)
Belgarath: What was that?
Silk: Brill
Belgarath: Again? What was he doing this time?
Silk: Trying to fly, last time I saw him.
The old man looked puzzled.
Silk: He wasn't doing it very well
Belgarath: Maybe it'll come to him in time.
Silk: (glancing over the edge) He doesn't really have all that much time.
From far below - terribly far below - there came a faint, muffled crash; then, after several seconds, another.
Silk: Does bouncing count?
Belgarath: Not really.
Silk: Then I'd say he didn't learn in time

Dumbledore: What happened down in the dungeons between you and Professor Quirrell is a complete secret, so, naturally the whole school knows.

Harry: But why's she got to go to the library?
Ron: Because that's what Hermione does. When in doubt, go to the library (I feel 'When in doubt, go to the library' should be my personal motto, just as Luna's quote below should be my best friend's)

Luna: Don't worry. You're just as sane as I am (and another blonde-haired girl who, when she says it, is just as reassuring. Yes, Arlath's Daughter, I'm talking about you)

Dumbledore To the well organized mind, death is but the next great adventure. (This could serve as my personal motto as well)

I have a lot of quotes in this section - I can't help it. You can skip past it if you want, but I needed to put them up here when I found them.

I doubt that the imagination can be suppressed. If you truly eradicated it in a child, he would grow up to be an eggplant - Ursula Le Guin, The Language of the Night

You laugh because I'm different. I laugh because you're all the same - Anon (as could this - be my personal motto, I mean)

- I can only please on person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow's not looking good, either

- Don't follow in my footsteps, I tend to walk into walls

-Those who fail to remember the past are going to spend a lot of time in mall parking lots looking for their cars

- It's always the last place you look...of course it is, why the hell would I keep looking after I found it"

Damnant quod non intellegunt - They condemn what they do not understand

Alter ipse amicus - A friend is another self

- If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you

- The sum of intelligence on the planet is a constant; the population is growing.

- Power corrupts. Knowledge is power. Study hard. Be evil.

- If we discovered that we had only 5 minutes left to say what we wanted to say, every telephone booth would be occupied by people calling other people to stammer that they loved them- Christopher Morley

- Truly great madness can not be achieved without significant intelligence - Henrik Tikkanen

- No excellent soul is exempt from a mixture of madness - Aristotle

This section is a dedication. I signed up for this thing where you get a daily quote, and this is what turned up one morning:

"Do not save your loving speeches
For your friends till they are dead;
Do not write them on their tombstones,
Speak them rather now instead.
Anna Cummins

That inspired me to write this section, as a dedication to someone whom I only realised the value of a few months ago. I never gave her enough credit until then - this is a way of apology, and to let her know that I mean what I say. I'm probably being sappy (I'm definitely being sappy) but I don't care. Here goes (there's quite a lot of them)

A best friend is a sister that destiny forgot to give you.

What is a friend? A single soul in two bodies. Aristotle

I no doubt deserve my enemies, but I don't believe I deserve my friends. - Walt Whitman

There are moments in life when the voice of a friend can sound like a choir of angels to the heart

A good friend is as rare as a left-handed person in a world filled with right-handed people. She simply stands out

Friendship is like a violin..the strings may loosen time and again, but the melody plays forever. (This and the previous one were chosen for their particular relevance. And thanks to the friend at whom this is directed for correcting cords to strings :D)

It's not who you are, who your friends are, or how popular they are; it's just about whether the friend you chose is the friend you couldn’t bear to lose (This sums up perfectly what I realised when it hit me what I'd been taking for granted)

We cannot tell the precise moment when a friendship is formed. As in filling a vessel drop by drop, there is at last one drop that makes it run over. So in a acquaintanceship there is at last one drop that makes the heart run over. (When I'm trying to work out when the girl I'm talking about stopped just being someone I knew)

Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another: "What! You, too? I thought I was the only one.

I used to be normal, until I met the freaks that I call my friends

Finally, this might be a long section, but it could never be long enough - after all, "It takes a lifetime to thank a true friend for everything that they have given you"

And if the person this is aimed at can't work out who she is, shame on her!

Well done! You finally made it to the stories I have written!! Now read and review, please. x
