Author has written 45 stories for Law and Order: CI, Doctor Who, and Much Ado About Nothing. Been writing since 1999, starting with Star Trek: Voyager, continuing with Jane Austen, and more recently Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Fell into writing fics based on Series 4 of (New) Doctor Who. Highly active imagination that I'm trying to use to make my own income. I have shipped in practically every show/movie/book I follow. When it comes to TV, I've often gone for the “underdog” pairings – but only where there's good chemistry and banter. Have gotten very annoyed over the treatment of characters. I know producers and writers are worried about the Moonlighting curse, but somebody has to break it! Take it from the fanfic writers: Use whatever imagination you've got! I've listed story ideas on my LiveJournal page, which I'm making my website. I'll add my stories there eventually, as well. Update: March 3, 2012 You've surely noticed that I like Jenny, based on my avatar. I think it's a crying shame she didn't get to stick around for the rest of Series 4. So I'd like to recommend a few stories with her in them (I'll add to the list as I find more): "One Decision Changes Everything" by cassikat - Inspired my one of my own stories, cassikat plays with what could've happened had Donna done one thing different at the end of "The Doctor's Daughter." She and the Doctor are then raising Jenny in the ways of Time Lords and Humans. Interludes mix in with episodes for the journey of a new Time Lord with her... very confused parents, shall we say? ;P I also want to promote this one because from chapter 3 on, I'm the beta reader. :D Anyway... cassikat is like me in having a Muse that loves to jump all over, so be patient with this story. "Ends and Beginnings" by cassikat - Jenny doesn't appear until after a few posts, but she will have a major part to play. A JE fix-it and a massive Doctor-whump story - so do not read after dark. Seriously, this story approaches Steven Moffat level scariness at times... "Labyrinth" by tardis-mole - You want a complicated story that highlights things that RTD apparently didn't think about regarding JE and TDD? Look no further than this one. Jenny's shuttle gets caught in the JE mess, and gets flung into Pete's World. Although Handy and Rose are married, life for them has NOT been happy. Look for all the things that the Doctor should've thought about before foisting his son on someone who loved HIM, and for all the things Jenny must learn about. QUICKLY. I'm apparently responsible for this story existing in the first place, so it's extra special to me - and yes, I had the beta reading "inflicted" upon me. ;) "Shakespearean Cupids" - Yes, I'm tooting my own horn here. But I wanted to highlight this one since it has Jenny having to take her father's place and save the day. And it vividly points out just how young and inexperienced she still is even with having Donna Noble as her "adopted" mother. It's sequel, "Nothing to Any Purpose That The World Can Say Against It", also deals with her emotional recovery from the events of SC, and with her continued growth.
