Name: Sarah Age: 22 Location: Pacific Northwest Updates: 08/28/09: I feel as I should tell you all this now, instead of waiting until the last minute, and having to resort to posting up one of those annoying Author's Notes in my stories. So, here it goes. I'm starting school next month. After a four-year hiatus from all things educational, I'm starting school next month. The fall quarter doesn't start until Sept. 28th, a Monday, and as much as I'd like to say that you all get my undivided attention until then, I sadly can't. Because, well, the actual quarter may not start until Sept. 28th, but I've actually signed on to take a Human Development class that starts earlier -- like Sept. 8th, early. That class goes on for two weeks, until the 18th, and then I'm not even sure if I'll be able to give you all one more week of my undivided attention, seeing as how I qualified for the work-study program, which obviously means that I will be working as well as going to school, but that I won't have to really worry about until the 14th of September. 09/08/09: Haven't been able to write as of late. Probably won't really get the chance to until Thursday, after class, if that. I will try my damnedest to get something out -- either a new chapter of Snow Bride or finish the next chapter to Home, not sure -- but I can't make any promises. Writing's kind of taken a backseat to school, so I'll post something when time allows. I apologize for the inconvenience. 11/02/09: Fucking hell. I apologize for taking so goddamn long on updating either of my stories (Home and Snow Bride). School has been kicking my ass seven ways to Sunday. Which is to be expected, considering I haven't done anything educational in four fucking years. Anyway, I don't have class tomorrow, November 3rd, so I will do my best to write as much as I can today, and then write whatever I can tomorrow. In case you didn't know, however, same thing goes for my slash stories on my other account (link above). I've got about four stories to worry about, all of which haven't been updated in ... I don't know how long. So, yeah. Sorry it's taking so long. Haven't been able to write on the weekends lately, but I don't have to do anything tomorrow aside from typing up a quick rough draft for my English class, so I can write more then. Snow Bride and Home, just so you know, are about halfway finished. It was just a simple case of when the hell I'd be able to write. Lucky for me, that opportunity will arise tomorrow. Thank you all, for you patience. I know that as a reader it's not easy to have to wait for an author to find enough time in his or her day to update stories. I know how anxious and impatient you all can get. Just hang in there. Should have a new chapter up soon. For which story, however, you'll just have to wait and see. | |||||||||||
