I am an erstwhile Shakespeare and Harry Potter scholar (yes, the former still exist and the latter really do); lit, composition and ESL instructor; playwright and educational filmmaker; conservation educator, zoo exhibit designer and sometime explorer, who currently lives in Northeastern Washington with my husband and occasional co-conspirator, Frank, our two mischief-making monsters, Zoe and Dory, and Gilbert the six-foot tall pooka (no relation to Grissom), where I work as a free-lance photographer and am attempting -- when not busy with fanfic -- to work on my first novel in a long time.
