Hello from beautiful Canada! I am a mother of three wonderful kids, one of which, my daugher introduced me to fanfiction due my frustration (loath is more like it) with the epilogue in DH. I must say I am impressed with the quality of some of the authors in this and other sites, young and not so young.

I have the advantage of being fluent in English and Spanish (my mother tongue) which opens doors to many wonderful books and music in both languages. Right now I am absolutely in love with Ricardo Arjona, his songs are poems.

Just for fun one day I decided to play at author and started writing my little story and it has been a wonderful experience. Writing in English has been a challenge but heck, I got nothing to lose!

My favourite pairings: Harry/Ginny, Harry/Hermione, Hermione/Draco, Hermione/Bill, Hermione/Charlie, Ginny/Draco and Lily/James. I am working on other pairings but since I'm fairly new at this fanfic reading, it will take me a while to explore this wonderful universe. Aside from Harry Potter I am ready to start exploring Lord of the Rings fics. My daughter, again, recommended a few which are in my favourite list.

Para aquellos que hablan castellano. Soy una madre de tres hijos y vivo en Canada. Nacida en España, criada en Panamá, viví en Argentina por unos siete años y ahora me encuentro en esta hermosa tierra.

Mi hija me introdujo a las fic de este sitio debido a mi frustración (en realidad asco) con el epílogo en DH. Sin saber cómo decidí jugar a ser autora y aquí me tienen, disfrutando de los geniales escritores (ras) y fabulosas historias y luchando por vencer mis inseguridades con el inglés. Poco a poco espero descubrir historias escritas en nuestra hermosa lengua llenas de romance, humor y hasta un poco de dolor. Se animan a recomendarme algunas?

Mis parejas favoritas son Hermione/Draco, Hermione/Bill, Hermione/Charlie, Hermione/Harry, Ginny/Draco, Ginny/Harry y a veces, dependiendo de la trama Lily/James. De todos los personajes de Harry Potter soy una gran admiradora de Hermione, seguida por Luna, quien en mi modesta opinión no recibe la atención que se merece. Snape or Remus con Hermione me cuesta digerir pero he descubierto alguna que otra fic en las cuales la pareja es explorada con madurez y profundidad.

Un besote a todos y sigan escribiendo, alguno de ustedes son genios. Me he enamorado de las canciones de Ricardo Arjona las cuales me sirven de inspiración, principalmente 'Lo poco que queda de mi' y 'Pensar en ti'

October 14, 2009: Still around and writing chapter 29 of Do I Want To... but life is much more than reading or writing fanfics when there is work, kids and other obligations. I enjoy writing but the minute it feels more like a 'job' it loses its appeal. Never fear I am not abandoning my fic. I am betaless, again. It is beyond frustration. Until a few weeks ago I was reading lots of fics in Spanish. Found this amazing writer jos Black and her fic Un Hueco En El Alma, fantastic angst and romance. Octubre 14, 2009: Mis queridas lectoras de ¿Podré Perdonar Y Olvidar? sigo en la lucha y no me doy por vencida. Paciencia y más paciencia es lo que pido. No se por qué pero traducir mi propio fic al castellano me es más trabajoso que escribirlo en inglés. Siento mucho esta demora, de verdad.
